Very safe and efficient set of storage units. I voiced a concern about a hole in the fence and they promptly fixed the issue within 24 hours. Zero complaints!

I just rented my storage unit so I can not as yet speak to that. But if my rental experience is anything like the professionalism that I received while signing up on the phone I will be pleased. I had the pleasure of speaking to two of your representatives; Chelsie for the initial signup and Kaitlyn when I had to call back for further clarification. Both were very professional and patient in answering my questions. In this day and age so many businesses have forgotten the importance of first impressions and customer service. It appears American Way has not. Give them a raise.

It was very easy to rent a storage facility online. The location is close to my home. The facility is always kept clean and I feel safe when I'm there.
