Brad did not fully explain the details of a trade in contract to my family. We went to trade in a phone today and got a wonderful surprise that T-mobile is ripping us off. Apparently, they are only paying $20 towards the last trade-in each month, instead of paying the full amount up-front, as it was suggested to us, so to string out the contract 30 months. However, not a word of this was discussed in Brad’s eagerness to sell 3 brand new iPhones on the day of the original sale. Good job losing multiple customers today. My family and I will go elsewhere for service.

The absolute worst service, data, and wifi imaginable. The employees were rude as soon as we walked in and one of them had their kid with them.

Shout out to Chris and Isaac for their patience as they found the final solution to end a marathon of issues I was having with transferring a number from AT&T. They were friendly and very helpful, and I’ll be sure to only come to this store with issues from here on out. Thank you!!!!!

Chris and Kailey are super awesome. They are so good. They took good care of me engaged in pleasant conversation. Treated me as if they really wanted me there. Explained using clear and concise words, never talking down to me. I really enjoyed going into this T-MOBILE store. Thank you for this staff.

Not sure any other cell phone company would be better, but attenpting to simply switch service from one old phone to a new one required going online to T-mobile to approve the.switch, even though we had both phones in hand. I understand if we were trying to switch to a new phone without having the old one, but simply switching a SIMM card should not be a big security issue

I would highly recommend T-Mobile to everyone! Garrett and Kailey both acknowledged me immediately with very positive attitudes. Both of them helped me in every way possibly and were able to help me with 100% satisfaction. The store was very clean and presentable. I will most definitely be back!

Garret helped me find a phone that worked for my budget and needs. I thought getting a 5g phone would cost me more then then I had to replace my phone, but I was able to find a deal that worked fantastically. Very personable service, I plan on coming back If I ever need more help. 10/10 customer service.

Customer service saves them. But I never get accomplished what I come to. And that's to get a new phone! This is the 3rd time. No phones! ......sigh... but not sure whose fault. The guy says there aren't any chips. So they wont have any til October November? How's that good for a phone company? Then tried to pay my bill. He couldn't do that because he couldn't do Sprint? Then he couldn't get the other people who knew Sprint because they were on break and it was "against the law" this was his words for him to ask them how to do it. But he was super nice about not being able to do nothing.Told me go to the Mall and the might be able to help me.Now. I'm disabled It's very difficult for me to maneuver the store in the mall rather than this one because its far.But I go they are also very helpful. I get my bill paid no problem. Still no phone.The guy who waited on me did a good job but made alot of assumptions and didnt ask the right questions. To solve my problem.I think they would rather sit around rather that sell product.I wanted a new phone. I still dont have one.
