Recently paid off my 2 iPhones after getting them for a buy 1, get 1 promo in 2021. Instead of crediting my bill every month for one phone, they wanted to wait to credit after the contract was up. Ok cool, whatever. Now after calling to obtain the credit, I’m not able to get it due the the promotion ending and/or the store not notating things properly??!! And no manager/supervisor can help?? So T-Mobile has great service, I’ve had friends and family switch to save money. At this point they are unable to give me any type of credit. So instead of paying $600 for two phones and having a credit each month, I paid $1200 for both phones over the last two years…for what?? Yes I will be letting my friends and family know as they also are paying for phones with promotions that haven’t been applied. If you have your own phone, that’s fine. But don’t get into a contract with these thieves and expect them to follow through or apply any “promotional credits”. We’re switching!!

Taye was amazing and handled everything flawlessly. 10/10 recommend! We switched from Straight Talk (which is a task itself) and he flowed right through. Now I have a new S23 Ultra and I couldn't be happier ? - adding pics of the moon the past 2 nights taken on the new phone ? ??

Very underwhelming, the first visit I had was fine. The second visit, the rep that helped me took two personal phone calls while assisting me with a return. It was not very professional or personable.

Time to switch carriers after 20 years. T-Mobile appears to have the best coverage and closest to the lowest prices. Great deals on trade-ins and a 2 year charge/credit plan. The competitions 3 years is just too long.

Good service. I feel at times it may be under staffed, but if they added knowledgeable clerks in addition to those working now I'd rate it higher.

Terrible customer service. Not sure of the redheaded girl that waited on us, but I would avoid her if possible. My husband lost his phone so we bought a new one. She supposedly had it all set up for us. We went back for help but she was more interested in looking at her her computer than helping us. Worse customer we have had in a long time. We still haven't been able to get on the phone. We are going to check with another store for help.

This store is well kept and staff seems somewhat knowledgeable. I appreciate that T-Mobile allows their employees to show tattoos at work.

We had T-Mobile for years but if you'd live in the Springfield Illinois area it will not work if you go outside of town and infect your phone will run down because it's searching for a signal if you're in Springfield you can use it don't leave town

The customer service at this t mobile store is top notch. I was visiting from out of town, when my phone was not reading its sim card. They fixed my phone in minutes, and didn't try to up sell me a new phone, which I was worried about going in...

Fair to poor customer service was a suprise. The employees (non-managment) of the store seemed more versed and easy to relate with. Manager seemed unfocused and difficult to offering an understanding and solution to my concerns, and unpleasant to work with. Support was much better and pleasant with the employees.Updated : Thank you for the response. It would be nice to know that employee enthuism and standards are objective. Beng a customer for many years it would allow a more enjoyable enviroment for everyone and not quite the experience anticipated or expeirenced as mentioned.

Sales rep referred me to call the 800 number. Literally 1 solid hour in the phone with customer service and never got helped.
