Bought a vehicle they tweaked the engine light had clogged Cadillac converter bad throttle body and air filters was horrible not to mention Kelly blue book said it’s only worth HALF the price we paid . Save your money and go else where

If you want to get stared at and harassed while you're cleaning out the car then go here. Highly inappropriate, gross comments were made by the service staff towards my wife. Completely unacceptable. Be careful if you're a woman because you're definitely getting stared at every second while you're here.

Folks are very pleasant and will take care of you. The best in " I care about what you need and want you want " people. I tried to get my husband to purchase a truck there,but he found one across the street and regretted it ever since. The truck is fine, but the dealership folks are not pleasant in helping him of any questions. Friendly Chevrolet folks is the place to go

Good place to buy car I just stopped in there to talk to a Salesman got a free soda and some popcorn and enjoyed my time there if I was looking for a car they sell a good brand of cars the Chevys and he can't do any better anywhere else you might as well shop local so shout out to Mason and Tobin send me the guys that work in finance and in the office have been there 20 years or more so it's rare that car people stay in the same place very long so I think longevity of their sales staff and office manager says something about the company I've had a small issue with Susan's hairstyles and wardrobe but she's still a good looking woman

We were so excited we thought we got a great deal…not so much. We bought a Traverse back in July, by June it was in the shop. They “fixed” the problem and it was back in the shop a few weeks later. They had my car in the shop for 8 hours and never even looked at it. We ended up having to take it somewhere else-they fixed it and said Susan’s fixed the wrong thing. Not only did they waste our time, but then I had to have my CERTIFIED car serviced elsewhere, which cost. I also need my brakes done, not even a month off the lot. Susans sure knows how to make a car pretty until you leave the lot and to actually get your car serviced there seems impossible, unless you’re willing to leave it there with no idea when it will be done. I do wanna give a shout-out to MASON! He’s the new service manager there, I sent him a complaint, he called back so we could try to resolve the issues. I’ve NEVER HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. THANKS MASON.

Don't deserve any stars they are out to get you bought a truck from there discovered issues with it and they agreed to fix it and turn around a week later and the engine is blown and their receptionist is a smart mouth and will hang up on you very poor customer service and very unprofessional do not do business here you will regret it like I do now Susan's auto mall they are scam artists
