Mediocre car wash, doesn’t accept cash anymore. Came there for the free vacuum however using thr trash can was free, only one vacuum had a hose. Waste of time

If you like to get debated on why there is nobody to help you or answer your questions, Susan’s auto is the place to go!! Not only will it scratch your car. You’ll have billing problems that they can’t fix because the system is old…
Need a car wash? You should prob go to a better company that has employees that you can talk too and actually known what is going on.

The bugs are starting to hit the car. The wash did not get them off even my windshield or front of the car. My brother said that is because it is touchless.

This service has severely decline in quality over the last year, long lines, extremely difficult to change service tiers, not a portal to do so directly. Interested in time on hand to current business and don't return calls they said they would; is this focus on new customers or detailing services and not customers wishing to cancel even outside peel periods? Services not suspended. Constant shortages and long lines wasting my time and fuel.
Rude customer service, when you ask to cancel they never get ahold of you, and I tried to call cancel they avoid me and I end up needing to file a dispute, will need to change credit cards to avoid continuing service. I would not recommend this and a complete waste of time and resources.

I went over there when the air pump at Meijer was not working, found out the cars tire was off the rim partially and the mechanics in the detailing bay jumped to help me get the vehicle to Chevy. They helped me creep it over and go me into Chevy in no time! Super great people, they even came back over to the dealership to check on the progress. Just wanted to say thank you again:)

I just joined Susan's auto wash club and liked the whole experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked how the whole thing worked and they did not hesitant one bit to show me how everything worked.It is hard to find a good touch less car wash that does a good job, anywhere. This car wash did a great job getting my car clean. I will be recommending this car wash to others.

Touchless washes are harder and harder to find, especially good ones. This one is a great one that cleans your car extremely well for the price. Go there!!

Definitely some better car washes in the area. Took my ford escape through here a few times and my car was still dirty after paying for the $12.00 wash.

The credit card machine doesn’t work so I put in cash. Got a message saying the marchine is out of change “see attendant”. There’s no attendant! So the $9 car wash was a lot more than $9.
