Wow!! I am transgender and I am almost 60 years old. The rudeness and disrespect I was shown by the 2 girls working today, was shocking. I left feeling so down. I will never go there again or Shop at Meijer. So disturbing. Ugh I guess that's what the world is coming too.

Easily the rudest staff in customer service. Unfortunately this also appears to be the only UPS store in Springfield.

Make sure you watch them put the label on your package! They charged my father-in-law money to print a label and said they'd get to it in a minute and that he could go. . . aaand then they put it on the wrong box. Now attempting to find and retrieve my package which was expensive and sentimental.

Some of the workers at this location are about the most disengaged in their work then I've ever seen. Customer service is secondary to their own conversations. Let me stress that this is younger ladies of the evening staff. I just came from UPS store this morning and the two women where courteous, professional, and assisted very well.

Customer Service here was absolutely atrocious. I placed an online order for some printed materials. Standard 8.5x11. The website set the due date of the same day. So I proceeded with my order as I needed it same day. Then closer to the "due date" I called and they told me that all print orders are 48-72 hours and its on the website. It is no where on the website but I can roll with the punches - I found a different printer to print the items I needed same day. So I called back to the UPS store to cancel my order. They told me they couldn't do it. That I had to cancel it. As I checked out as a guest - I was unable to cancel the order. So I called back to the store again and explained that I could do it. The employee told me she was too busy to help me and she had customers to attend to. (I understand that she was busy but this was not the correct approach) She took down my name and phone number and said they would call me back. That call back never came. So I called the store again the next day. Explained the situation and got a similar response of we can't cancel it, you have to. So i explained that I couldn't (for the reason stated above) she said I would have to call customer service number. So I asked for the number and she told me "it's on the website, you have to figure it out". I guess the customer service number is next to the "printing takes 48 to 72 hours" disclaimer. Still didn't find a direct number but I spoke to 4 different departments at UPS before being transferred to the UPS Store Corporate number. Turns out - they have a complaint and resolutions department for problems with individual stores. They are working to fix my problem and assured me they would be contacting the store owner to discuss my experience. I do not recommend this store at all.

They do good business when open. The advertised office hours were wrong. Site is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Went in today for a notary appointment as well as shipping the documents. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Joi was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional.

Have no place to put packages that are already to go and wanted me to wait in a 10 person line for them to say “there ready to go”. What a joke.
People - find another ups drop off point because this one is terrible.

I was traveling though and tried to help an elderly woman with a return. The box needed on piece of tape for an Amazon return. They wanted to charge me $5 to tape it!!!! My local UPS store is so much better. The employees were rude. Never go to this horrible UPS Store!
