Brent and Tory are amazing people! I found them on Google a couple years ago after Midas messed up my car and then tried to charge double to fix it again. Brent got my car fixed and for half the price. I have only taken it to Thomas's Garage since then. I've had my car over 7 years and they are the ones that keep it running! So efficient and do not price gouge. I'm grateful there are still good, honest mechanics these days. They never say something nerds fixed if it doesn't and do not over charge.

Got car serviced in August 2023 for clutch and flywheel (I provided parts). Was told 3-4 day job that took almost 4 weeks. Had to show up to shop multiple times and was given the run around about progress with my car. After showing up with trailer saying I'm taking car and finishing job myself it finally got worked on. Few days later they said it was done. However clutch was still slipping. I did not trust them to take car back to have it looked at due to the lack of communication and it not even being worked on for almost 4 weeks. Finally after digging into it my self clutch pedal was not properly adjusted to grab fully and master cylinder still had air pockets. After a few simple adjustments and bleeding the master cylinder myself car grabs clutch and is good to go. They are they cheapest labor around and do know their way around any car and show motivation but highly lack time management and communication skills. I don't think I'll take any vehicles there ever again for that reason.

This is hard to write qbecause I was foolish enough to trust them for so long. I would give them no stars if I could. They took over $6000.00 from me and my vehicle still doesn't run. They said it would be done for 10 months. First it was we can't get the parts because of covid then they can't keep help then it's almost done but I've got to have it progrmmed and then they got the wrong part so had to wait and then wait to program the new one. And now they want me to bring it back so they can fix it. So all told they had my work truck from June of 2022 until August 30 of 2023. So they are posing as mechanic shop but just taking money from people. Guess I just expect people to be honest with me. I do my best to be honest and treat people right.Update after being told the truck was finished last year and test driving it then and being told it was done three other times after that last year how many times do I need to keep coming back to get the same results and I do believe you just cashed a final check of seventeen hundred and fifty dollars which brings the total to over six thousand just as I said. But it doesn’t matter because I can’t wait any longer for no results. I didn’t get a working vehicle which is why I hired you.if I wanted to buy an engine transmission and carburetor I could have done that myself. I need a work truck that runs so I can work not parts that don’t.Update 2 Thomas Garage told me that Autozone would warranty my engine and transmission through any mechanic Garage but when I called Autozone they told I had to have the original receipt or go back to Thomas garage(which I am not going to do). So now I don't have any kind of warranty on $6000.00 worth of work done by them. Of course I'm sure they would say to bring it back and they would take care of it but I've already mentioned they've had it for over a year and a half and didn't fix it.

Fantastic place. Our brakes went out. He got us in the next day. Great price. Also had two rear shocks that were bad and every place those by price for my brake job front and back plus two shocks was still over $100 cheaper than everybody else wanted for the brake job alone. Please give these people a try! Thanks again, we will be back

My husband and I were passing through Springfield and blew brake line while pulling our camper. We randomly called them. It was 4:15 on a Friday afternoon and they close at 5. They waited for us and stayed until 7pm to get us back on the road. Price was great also, didn't even begin to over charge for staying. Salt of the earth people.

Dropped my car off on April 5th, can only contact these people via text, most times I do not get a reply. When I do get through all I keep hearing is it will be ready next week. My advice if you need your vehicle in a timely manner take it somewhere else. It is now June 21st and I still dont have my car. I will be posting on their website when i get it back all i can hope is that their mechanical work is better than their ability to get it done. If I could give them less of a star I would.

I'm from Chicago Illinois & my car broke down on the highway at 11pm coming from Memphis Tennessee !!Not-only did Thomas get the car fixed he personally made sure I had a place to stay and fixed my car and made sure I made it home!! VERY WONDERFUL PEOPLE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
