I did not go in on this specific day. I used my rewards card to receive 10 cents off of each gallon of fuel. The pumps had secure stickers on several parts of the machine. It was in the evening. The area outside was well-lit. This station has an air pump for tires and a car wash. The carwash was not currently working.

Well make sure you don't use an Amex at the PUMP!
THEY PUT A $200.oo HOLD ON MY CARD FOR A $20.oo GAS PURCHASE!
IT'S A 24 to 48hrs HOLD!!
I was told at first by the GM that I was wrong!, in front of 2 other employees and several other customers!
I was told my card company Amex put the hold on, in that amount.
I told her Amex doesn't do that and I'd been here with that card and hadn't had that before.
At this point I tried one more time to get them to reverse the charge amount and put my $200.oo back!
That didn't happen and the rude attitude was returned with the promise of showing them about,
the Power of One!☝️🐻
The Customer May Not Be Right..However
They're Always The Customer!
And We Pay Your Wages!
Oh and The Customer Service Line Is Closed After 7 Monday ta Friday, No Weekend Service!
I have another #☝️🐻 gesture I'd like to use..but decorum will not allow me.

For the ones that pay at the pump I've been told that a lot of gas stations like to hold up to 700$ until whatever about that you pumped is payed I was told that it was like a payed deposit line you have to pay when you rent a uhaul truck that's one reason why I never pay at the pumps the other is because people almost like to put card reader scanners over the original and steal from you yes I know they can also do inside but you can easily tell when it's over the original card reader

Place is filthy inside Coffee area is always dirty , never restocked or wiped down.Coffee machines need to cleaned inside & out , coffee mate display has not been wiped down in months - same dried milk stains on that red rack every time I go there Place needs to be look at with some "Fresh Eyes"by your corporate team !!

Avoid the car wash. It put a long scratch on top my car. Thornton's apparently won't do anything unless there are several complaints for the wash. Best to go somewhere else. I'm still bitter so I won't be going to a Thorntons again. Its petty to announce that online but feel free to change your mind Thorntons. Guest services was friendly though!

This gas station charged me 126$ for 10$ in gas I asked th manger on why it did this she told me it was my bank I call the bank and they told me that it's the gas station so not only did she lie to me she don't know her job I'll never recommend or use this gas station again yes I was upset and the sarcasm and attitude given by this manger was unprofessional and disrespectful

There was a pump problem. The pin pad did not work. Went inside to prepay, there was the most rudest woman behind the counter. I tried to explain the issue. I tried to prepay. Multiple times she spoke rudely to me. I was getting upset. She was totally ignoring the issue. I looked at her nametag to get her name and was shocked beyond belief. She was the General Manager of the store!!!!!!! I walked out drove away. Thorton's you just lost my business and I will message all my friends and family. Stay Away Stay Away the manager is horrible. I feel for her employees to work for a #$%&@.

I got gas here and the have cheaper gas with there card you can get 3 cents off a gallon.

I like using the app and getting rewards from Thornton's gas station and plus the employees are decent, prices are not too bad.
