I had a flat tire and couldn`t repair it anywhere on Sunday in Springfield, IL. Eventually, due to distance from my home and limitations of a spare tire, I had to tow my car. I checked few towing companies and Thurber gave me good offer and were quick to come to my location. They were very professional and I trusted their service. I am highly recommending Thurber 24 hour towing if you are needing their service!

My son hit a deer 30 minutes outside of Springfield at midnight on a Sunday. I called at least a dozen other towing companies before I reached Thurbers. I'm pretty sure I woke the man up but he was still professional, and polite as can be. He had my son's truck picked up within a half hour, towed the vehicle properly and got it home safely, and the price more than reasonable. I give these guys 10 stars!!!!!

Was hauling my camper from Texas to Michigan and my truck went down. After being on the side of the road for 6 hours and not finding anyone that can tow my truck, I finally get in touch with Thurber and not only was he willing to get my truck, he went out of his way, on a Saturday while trying to spend time with his family to call some diesel mechanics for me and found me one. Dude is a life saver and helped me out of a bind when I was stranded somewhere where I didn’t know anybody.

They were amazing! I called them and they were there in less than 20 minutes to get my car. They even cleaned the scene and you can’t even tell there was an accident! I hope I never need them again but if I do I will always call them!!

Thurber is the BEST. I call them whenever I need a tow. Since I deal in junk cars, that is quite often, haha. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Love ‘em!

Need to make appointment to get your personal belongings out of the vehicle, charge you $50. Just To get in the gate.

WORST Company ever!!! I would stay clear away. He is a CROOK! Only takes cash payments, and charges ridiculous amounts for NOTHING! Very Rude and unprofessional. I would stay clear away from doing business with him, coming from a family owned business guys like him give us a bad name! Total ashamed to give him a dime!
