Personally do not recommend ordering from this company online. Most issues you could have w delivery (wrong address for example), they essentially say tough luck. No refund without return, no changing the address, no canceling the order. I had to coordinate with a friend hours away to try and secure a package that my phone autocorrected to an incorrect address. I was offered no help and no plausible solutions because I didn't try to solve the problem within like 6 hours (because I didn't notice).

Tried to purchase an e-card for my granddaughters birthday and not pleased with the experience. Received my order confirmation & PayPal confirmation immediately. This was a purchase of a digital gift card. 2 hours later I had never received the item for printing. Called customer service. They corrected something and said it should come thru anytime. 2 hrs later I called back becuz I still hadn't received. They said it needed reviewed and he'd put urgent on it so it would be at the top of the pile. Promised I would have it by tomorrow. Needless to say, I will not purchase from them again. Update...24 hrs later and I still do not have my digital item. I just called to cancel & asked if I placed another order and paid directly with my Mastercard WITHOUT going thru PayPal would it work. He said "no" its tagged to your name so it would flag "review". Ridiculous, if I didn't have the credit amount on my xard it would deny it. They say larger sums automatically flag review.

Great store, however had a hard time getting someone to fetch a size of shoes to purchase. Upon checkout, the lady was very rude. No communication, no thank you, not one word.

Came in about a week ago & Madeline was just so amazing! I came in to look for some jeans & she helped me find my size & a pair that looked great on me! 10/10 coming back just for her customer service! Amazing experience for a first time shopper there! Give! Her! A! Raise!

Mall manager Clay and Head of security Mike decided to ask employee of mall to remove window paint supporting the black lives matter movement off of said employees car due to it "possibly ensuing violence" this is not only violating said employees 1st amendment (freedom of speech) but also is extremely disappointing considering when you drive through the parking lot there are bumper stickers supporting trump, confederate flag stickers, and all sorts of other stickers supporting people's various views, and none of those people have been asked to remove their stickers or window paint. Overall this definitely goes to show how hateful and disgusting people can be especially when most of Springfield's community is made up of people of color. Extremely disappointed and will be avoiding this mall and taking my money to other establishments. If you are a person of color I highly recommend seeking other business to support other than Whiteoaks mall and their bigoted staff that run it, that is not saying the retail stores inside and their employees support the same ideal whatsoever but the mall itself clearly needs to educate their staff that runs whiteoaks as a whole. Until there are changes in management of Whiteoaks I will not be returning!

Not much of a variety of stores, however a store named Off The Wall was nice. Belts, funky socks, t-shirts, swords and plenty more. The sales guy (forgot his name) slim guy very outgoing and social.

They got a REALLY cool comic, video game, and toy shop called Killen's in it. What more do you want? THey have the staple Hot Topic and Spencer's that seem to be the only stores that can stay open in this new economy! The Macy's is still standing. Overall a cool mall better than many in Illinois, a great walk!

From the outside, it looks pretty nice. Inside, it smells like an old food court. The escalators were shut down. Most of the storefronts seem to be closed. Stores are always going out of business. The carousel could be better. I think it could use updating. but kids like it anyways. The little train is fun for kids too. The best thing about this place is Auntie Anne's pretzels. Usually the busiest place too. The workers are always friendly, and the pretzels are fresh and hot.

White oaks needs more stores. In the last two-three Years I feel like the mall has gone down hill. I used to always shop at there. Now I find myself going to small boutiques. Many stores have left the mall not sure why..

Really basic shopping mall in Springfield, IL. Not a big space but still plenty of empty stores. Really makes you want to shop online!

The mall is a fun place to go to but I was kind of upset at the Clair's store because the salesperson said that it was three for the price of one so we got six items for the "price of two" that was a lie we had to pay $39.67
