“Car in the STEEP ditch off Veteran's just south of Browning. Wedged between two small trees. Isringhausen advised me all the other towing companies mess up with towing Mercedes. These guys were flawless and friendly.
All the other places I have dealt with are Timex. These guys are Rolex.”

“Mr. Jared helped us a lot. Even though he waited for the trailer to be unloaded—there was more than expected—we paid the amount that we agreed on. That trailer was stock that no one can hook up, but Mr. Jared did it well. And put on the dock and waited there till the trailer was unloaded. After he parked the trailer at his yard by our advice. We got the trailer 1 day later.”
“On Nov 15, 2025 when we needed Roadside Assistance from Enterprise Rental Car we spoke with so many people that the person I want to thank the most is the AAA Towing Driver that went to the airport to pick up our car and then bring it to us for us to be able to continue our 18 hr trip. He was the most helpful and pleasant with us, even after his issues with the airport picking it up. Even his dispatcher got involved. After he got the car he sent me pictures to make sure the size would be the right one this time. I’m sorry his name was forgotten but after starting at 8am to get this car and finally getting it at 7pm names were a blur, sorry. Thank you for all your help when others wouldn’t listen.”

“Called By-Pass after my truck was backed into. They got me in the next day for an inspection. 4 days later my truck was in the shop. Finished a day later. They washed my truck and cleaned the inside as well. Very satisfied with the service I received.”

She assured me she wouldn't put anything on my car she wouldn't put on her own vehicle that her children rode in. Turns out the tires were in great shape! They will always have my business.”
“Was in need of 1 headlight. Found this shop by chance. They were friendly, offered to fix my headlight right then. I was blown away. We discovered that my driver's side bulb was going on and off. That was a bulb Kim's Autobody put in, in April 2023 & it had bent progs, so I had both headlights replaced. Why wait if it's already malfunctioning. Had to wait a bit, but I worked on my tan, and a man sat with me and we talked and laughed and the time flew by. My lights are all working great now. My bill was reasonable and the man working on it deserved a tip. I checked my plate light on the back and its still working. Very nice gentlemen to do business with. This is not a fancy store like Green Mazda or Midas, etc. For me it was like going back into the early 70's and going along with my Dad about him locating a guy about working on his truck. I give them 5 ☆☆☆☆☆”

“5 Stars all they way. Louanne in dispatch was very friendly and the payment process we did over the phone was seamless. From start to finish, Ken and Thomas were incredibly polite, friendly and professional. Being that they saw I was in a dangerous situation and came to assist without being dispatched, shows the kind of people they are and the kind of company that they work for. The entire process took about 30 minutes from getting the car on the flatbed to me being back on the road with my spare tire. I have never had an experience with a tow company that provides such superior service, it was impressive to say the least.”
