“Great service, fast and courteous! I accidentally locked my key fob inside my car with it running. I called A&M Towing Service not only did they get to my home quickly they text and let you know how far away they are from you, which is a relief! My technician David was polite, courteous and humorous while he got my door unlocked, I even realized he helped me months back with a dead battery and the service was the same! “5 Stars all they way. Louanne in dispatch was very friendly and the payment process we did over the phone was seamless. From start to finish, Ken and Thomas were incredibly polite, friendly and professional. Being that they saw I was in a dangerous situation and came to assist without being dispatched, shows the kind of people they are and the kind of company that they work for. The entire process took about 30 minutes from getting the car on the flatbed to me being back on the road with my spare tire. I have never had an experience with a tow company that provides such superior service, it was impressive to say the least.”

“This journey all began a year ago with a local dealership. Fighting tooth and nail to get repairs done to a vehicle that happened before we took possession of it. After 11 Mos the dealership finally agreed to fix it...the "cheapest way possible".Nope. Needless to say, we were not real happy about how the repairs how turned out.However...after meeting with the owner and pointing out what we were seeing, he agreed it shouldn't have been done that way.After less than a day, the repairs were made, mistakes were fixed and our new car looks just like a new car all over again.By-Pass handled this like a boss and is an example of how a business owner should handle any mistakes and make sure the customer is a returning one....well let's hope we don't need auto body repairs done anytime in the near future, but if so it'll be through them.Thank you again for making this situation as smooth as possible.”

He immediately agreed to help with the situation. He moved my truck off of the busy road and set it down in a safe spot. Probably, the fastest, least expensive tow I've ever experienced! I hope I don't need a tow again anytime soon, however, if I do, I will use Shaner's again!”

“Scene of 08-29-2022 Kia auto accident, except it occurred after dark & during a hard-driven rain storm = pitch black, with NO direction arrows and zero visibility of "T" intersection; even at reduced speed, there was NO indication or advance warning of need to turn ~ yet a hard left or right turn was required.”
