By-pass Auto Body & 24 Hour Towing has a rich history, starting in 1970 when Ron Bitschenauer began fixing cars from his home garage. In 1971, he expanded to a collision repair center, eventually settling at its current location on Clear Lake Avenue in 1976. After Ron and his wife Mary ran the business until 1998, their sons Bob and Bill took over, continuing the family legacy alongside their wives. Customers consistently praise By-pass for their quick service and quality work. Many highlight the company’s commitment to fixing mistakes and ensuring satisfaction. One customer shared their positive experience after a long struggle with a dealership, noting that the owner promptly addressed their concerns, resulting in a vehicle that looked brand new. Another reviewer appreciated the affordable oil change and tune-up service, which was completed in just over an hour. The friendly staff, particularly the office lady, has received glowing reviews for her helpfulness and kindness, making the experience even better for customers. With a history of reliable service and a strong reputation in the community, By-pass Auto Body & 24 Hour Towing is the go-to choice for auto body repairs and towing needs.
