Really gross and unkempt. Usually the unhoused are camped around the property blocking car access to the units. Lots of trash and roads are used as a dumping area. Good luck getting staff out there to help.

The person that call me have no costumer service experience, was rude she even hung up on me, when I asked for her supervisor. I have rented many times U-Haul (truck’s, car dolly’s,U-box, etc; for different reasons and never had a problem like this, U-Haul please hire and train people who can help your clients and treat them with respect.

Setup a appointment for 5/23 gave card info plus have a recipe. Drove 2 hours to get here. Was told it would be a 1 to 2 hour wait at max. I arrive at 10 am. Get told someone with no appointment just showed up and will be ahead of me, And it will be a few hour wait. So i sit and start waiting. Been waiting for about an hour. For them to tell me they don't have time for me today. And to comeback a different day it is now noon. I tried to explain to them that I live 2 hours away and I took time off of work today to get this done. Still told will have to come back. I ask if I can just buy the hitch and install it myself. They then spend 30 mins to tell me no its not even here.

I've had nothing but problems with this place. They are always busy. The staff are rude the Assistant Manger treated my wife and I really bad. I will stick to the one on Clearlake. I have never had a problem with that one. The staff are always helpful. They came and took the U-Haul I was using saying it was abandoned. But we're charging me everyday for it. When I called them about it and told them that my wife and I we're having problems with our pregnancy they said no problem your stuff is there. When I had time to get my stuff out I went there and they told me they threw it all away. They proceeded to tell me I only had 72 hours to get my stuff out. But when I talked to them on the phone that was not mentioned to me.

Horrible customer service. The 3 men working acted like we were bothering them by coming in & wanting to give them so business. The 1 large, dirty, & rude boy was useless and wasn't able to answer our questions or help us whatsoever. Don't bother going here. You are wasting your time. This establishment obviously doesn't care about having your business.

Terrible experience, the guy at the counter was rude and rather disrespectful. The reservation I made was for this location, was not available at this location though. The guy at the counter stated they'd tried to call my phone and as much as called me a liar when I told him I'd received no calls or texts about reservation/location changes. He was neither polite nor knowledgeable about anything going on. Would not recommend for anyone.

When I ordered the truck I was told that all their trucks had loading ramps. When I got it to where I was going to load my furniture I found that there was no loading ramp. The store said I could bring it back but I didn't want to make a 30 mile round trip. The store said they would compensate me for their mistake. I used what they gave me which made moving much more difficult. When I took the truck back the women in charge didn't want to deal with the problem and said to call her manager the next day.

My only complaint is that I never received any form of receipt. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
