I had the truck less than 1 hour, all i did was move a bed from 1 place to the other and took the truck back, gas where it should be...was charged for the gas and never got my deposit back.

I usually tip them around $20 to fill my propane tanks but the past few times I’ve gone I’ve had to sit out there for 20 minutes after ringing the bell an few times and nobody helps me. One male employee just looked right at me and walked the other way so do yourself a favor and go down the road to tractor supply or Menards. Customer service is way better.

Have only been here a few times to refill propane and I get a horrible attitude about it every time. It’s been this smaller dirty blonde with glasses twice. Closed it down 3 hours prior to closing and had an attitude about it. It’s part of the job and of all they do is complain about doing their job, why are they still there?

Don’t go there for propane. Rang the bell, waited 5 minutes, no help. Went inside and waited 10 minutes because only one person was inside and helping others. Once it was my turned I was told they would call the people who could fill my tanks so just go wait back out at the fill station. Waited 10 minutes, and no service. Rang the bell again, no service. Apparently no one can be bothered to fill up propane tanks, so don’t bother going there for propane refills.

The employees either have no clue what they are doing or are rude. The young lady that rented to me on Friday argued with me about the trailer size. I physically had to go outside, take a picture of the size of the trailer and then show it to her. Until this was completed, she said they didn’t have trailers that size although there were six of them sitting outside(a 5 x 9). That was mildly annoying, but the young lady that was there when I dropped off my trailer today was utterly disrespectful. I went in and said that I had a trailer to return and told her which car I was. She said, obviously then walked over, took the trailer off and slammed the hitch part on the ground. She immediately walked away leaving the trailer in the middle of the parking lot.

This is the second time I used them for propane fill. A month and a half ago great experience don’t know where my review went but I went back this morning and couldn’t believe the difference. Short stocky guy no name tag rude, no hi , thank you nothing but the total for fill up. I said I guess it’s better to come here after 9 maybe there is more people here, he say I don’t think anybody cares. Poor costumer service attitude. The girl that filled it the first time was more professional.

I dont know which is worse-The entire company orThe workers at this specific location. This place is not worth the hassle nor struggle. I suggest going farther out for a better experience. There will be a lot of back and forth with these people, especially one of the front desk people that likes to play dense with a splash of coy :)
