They don't never answer the phone and I been trying to cancel a storage for 6 months even when I told them that I don't care for the items in the storage they still charging me money for the rent and I don't want it anymore somehow they just find a way to get your money and I have to pay it because I do have excellent credit score don't want to ruin my credit just because of this guy's. I won't recoment getting storage from this guys.

Got a truck that was a little bit beat to heck but it was totally fine and the staff was very nice and thorough, I was definitely very happy with the experience, probably the best UHaul experience I've had(and I"ve had a lot) and I would be happy to use them again if I'm moving in the area. Thanks to the team for making my day go smooth

Reserving, picking up and returning was easy. Equipment was in great shape. Great customer service.

The initial move experience was horrible we were suppose to have a climate controlled unit instead we received a outside unit no lock was able to be purchased due to UhAul being closed once they opened we had to pay for the climate controlled to put the remaining things in it to keep from having to move everything out the outside one and the manager was sent an email in which he never even called us back. On move out Jamie stated “I’m too busy to help you right now to look at the unit take a pic with your phone and bring it to the desk to show you’ve moved out and it’s clean” so we got out of bed went and took photos and did as they asked the entire experience was awful

Follow-Up to my previous review - Managment at U-Haul Moving & Storage at Bruns Lane reached out after reading my review. They were apologetic and determined to make the situation right. I really appreciate the follow-up! A lot of companies offer canned responses to negative or positive online reviews but management at this location called me and personally offered to make the situation right. That's says a lot for them and shows a real commitment to customer service even afte the sale!

They put the wrong mileage in the form and I didn't notice it until I got the bill for an EXTRA 80$ charge for mileage supposedly putting 80 miles too much on the truck(not true btw). No interest at all in working with me or splitting the difference or anything, I got the 'you signed it and didn't notice it so your loss'. This was probably the 10th or 12th time if used them for trucks and will likely not use them again.

The GM Trenton was super professional very understand. very calm and all this while beung short handed! This man needs a raise!
