I went to cash a check from one of their customers. Cost me seven dollars. If that wasn't bad enough, there was a smartmouth teller. Now, she had nothing to do with my transaction, but that didn't stop her from being a rude, disrespectful individual. Management needs tell her to stop harassing the customers, but I doubt they care about anything but money.

Super friendly and knowledgeable gal at the counter helped me with my request and was so nice to work with. Walked out with a smile!

My local branch employees have always been helpful and friendly. I mostly use the drive up. My checking account is regularly used and I don't have any other accounts or loans to rate my experiences.

Totally clueless, they do not know how to properly apply mortgage payments, resulting in frustrating phone calls with their mortgage branch.

We left a required amount of money in a savings account at US Bank. We did not use the account for a couple of years and and the account was locked without notice. I only learned of the locked account when I tried to use the account, but was informed that it was locked and could not be used. I was given a number to call in Portland, OR, but never received a response. After speaking with the bank manager, Joseph Dorman, I learned that they had started taking "dormant fees" from my account and that the account was going to be closed. He was very rude and asked why I ever needed the account. If he doesn't want our business, he won't have it. I would suggest using a locally owned bank.
