Although, I don't love the hours of operation, the staff has always been very helpful and hospitable. I've had to do a few international wire transfers, and appreciate their help. In addition, the staff in the drive-through are always amazing. We have a business account for our nonprofit, and they are always wonderful about any documentation needs we may have.

Wanted to add a savings acct. But NO ONE any of the (multiple) lobby desks. After a bit, a personal banker poked her head over the counter to say she couldn't help us because she was helping to work the drive through and the only other personal banker was at lunch, but we could wait......until 2PM. A 2 HOUR LUNCH?? Had to make an appt. For Monday. Very poor customer service.

This bank has poor customer service at the drive-through. This bank has always had poor customer service for years. This bank has hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9 to 5 drive-through only with appointments for a lobby. Please tell me in the real world how this works for anyone.

Can not understand why every other bank has tellers inside but this bank does not instead they want you to go through drive thru!!!! Very disappointed
