Constantly lost mail. Their only response is “the map shows it was delivered to your address.” This includes a time when I was home when the mailman showed up, did not deliver a package, but I got an email saying it was delivered.
Well, it wasn’t. They suggest the package was stolen. Incorrect, the packages were small enough to go in the mailbox, and indeed, the replacements I ordered arrived in my mailbox. They were lost or delivered to the wrong location.
I’ve never had a problem with USPS or this location until the last six months, and it’s progressively getting worse. I’ve gone over 20 years with no missing packages, now I’ve had about 8 in the last five months.

Had a package marked “out for delivery” but wasn’t delivered. Went to the post office the next morning and Ron did such an exceptional job working with me. Said this happens when the package gets to the post office after the carriers have already left. He brought my package out for me right there and then!!! Thank you so much Ron!!!
Advice to anyone who is having a USPS issue, stop playing phone tag and go in to your local branch. These are people doing their jobs and they’ll usually do their best to help if you ask politely!

I'm not one to pay more seemingly similar service but in this case I make an exception. FedEx treats me like a human being office treats me like an inconvenience. I've accepted the fact I'm paying almost double for that experience but to me it's worth it

If I could get zero stars I would. I have nothing but problems with this post office and my Amazon packages. Either the driver is too lazy to ring a doorbell or they just lie and say a package couldn’t be delivered so they hold it at the post office so they don’t have to do their job. Either way it’s just laziness and dishonesty and very annoying.

Consistent misdelivery of mail at this post office, missing mail , getting other peoples mail on a regular basis. Been reported to supervisor but continues. Got notice to stop service because I didn't pay a cwlp bill that was sent to me .never got the mail for it! Now I do it online .you can't rely on this post office they can't read names or numbers correctly or don't get good training. They need to get with it.

Put my mail on hold for a month and specified that I would come in to the post office to pick it up once my hold was over. Showed up the day after my hold was over and was told that the mail was not here. Yes, this was the post office I was supposed to pick them up at, but they didn’t have any mail for me. Apparently the driver took my mail out on delivery and I was told that he would either drop it off for me or I could come back later to pick it up. The mail was never delivered to my house, so I went back to the post office three separate times and was told each time that my mail was not there.Since then I have come to find out that important government documents, friend’s wedding invitations, and other letters have been returned to sender.

Package delivered front desk, reception area, or mail room!???? I been home all day waiting on my package, check my email and it tells me it was DELIVERED!!!! This tells me you didn’t even try to deliver to my residence. LAZY A** POST OFFICE? something needs to be done concerning all the other complaints I’ve read about “delivered packages”.

I do print my own labels, so I really just drop boxes off but everyone friendly and my packages arrive in the timeframe I pay for!

Zero Stars. ZERO! I paid over 30 dollars to have legal documents mailed overnight express, certified, with hand signature confirmation of delivery on APRIL 6. As of April 20th, tracking showed that the documents never even left the Wabash site. I can't even open a missing file claim because the USPS create an account website isn't working. Use UPS or Fedex instead of the Post Office for important documents. USPS has one job and they can't seem to do it.

They didn’t mail my package and when I started asking questions the manager told me I was stupid. The staff here is so rude and terrible. Not only do they commit fraud the way will also harass you.
