I found my package laying near my mail box. What would happen if it rains. My street floods and my package would end up ruined. Also the mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong address.

Horrible service. Waited 30 minutes before closing to see someone and was literally ignored.

Claims to have an outside box for outgoing mail…. Maybe I’m not looking hard enough, but this annex sucks. Door says it closes at 8, but the inside mailroom closes at 4, so no one to help with outgoing mail.
