Bad customer service. Phone broke while on a work trip, tried to get it fixed or replaced in store. While the reason it wasn't fixed or replaced was due to some issues on my family Verizon account during my visit, the employee continuously was frustrated with me when I asked questions, walked away multiple times and was more concerned with the time left of their shift than helping me.

My husband and I made an appointment to transfer our phone numbers from parental accounts onto our own new Verizon account and keeping our old phones. The worker assigned to us did not seem interested in helping at all- gave us a phone number to call, told us to do it ourselves online and sent us on our way. So far we have spent the last 3 hours on this transfer online and on the phone and it is still not working. This is a nightmare.If workers at the store didn’t work on commission maybe they would be a little more interested in providing customer service? Since we weren’t buying expensive phones or a big plan he didn’t care to help us.We even stopped at Walmart and the dude in electronics who gets paid 14 dollars an hour was more helpful than the actual Verizon store.

I had to leave the state because my mother passed away and had a problem with my data and phone service after I left. My husband and children also had to travel there and so it was a real issue with the data. I tried chatting with them twice got cut off both times, I called them couldn't get an answer, and I actually even went to the Verizon store in the town I was in two different ones and they said they were closed temporarily. I've been with them for 25 years but no longer feel loyalty to stay

Drew Palmer was awesome! He expertly handled upgrades and changes to SIX devices in one visit. We actually shopped at a big box store before, and then went to the Verizon store. We are so glad we did. We even started counting the random helpful tips he was sharing on all kinds of things related to our devices. Thanks to Drew for all your assistance.

Incompetent fraudsters. Accessory purchased 7/23. No receipt provided because they have gone paperless. discovered it was not the proper accessory. I've been trying to call for several days to find out what the return process was. I went out there today and was told that all returns were being done online. I was given a link. In going to that link I was taken to a chat program. After 45 minutes I was told that I needed to return it to the place I had just left. I went back and was told, for the first time, not when I purchased the product, not when I was on the chat, not when I was there the first time, earlier that day, but just now, that they have a 14-day return policy and that since this was day 16 they would not processing a return. Now mind you, I understand there is a pandemic. But that pandemic has not one time prevented them from billing me every penny and on the day it was owed. So it seems like the pandemic gate only swings one way. Terrible service. Makes Comcast look like five-star hotel service by comparison.

this place lies lies lies, and I have the transcript from Verizon to prove it, manager at store is smug and don't even listen, left there with a phone that still does not work properly.. customer service and technical support told clear lies, and even sent me the transcript of the lies...I'm with att now, Verizon is worst customer service I've ever had in my life. SAVE YOURSELF AND GO ELSEWHERE, over priced, and not worth the hassle

After being a Verizon Customer for over 11 years, the experience my mother had today is the exact reason I minimize my need to visit this location! I ordered an Apple fast charging adapter and cable online a few days ago, but I was not happy about how hot my phone got while using it. My mother offered to return it for me, as I had an errand to run at the adjacent FedEx store. This SHOULD have been a simple task! Instead, she was repeatedly told that the items were not purchased from Verizon and that they would need to be returned to Apple. The rep actually said that, when he looked in the system, the only purchases I had made had been from Apple. If I had purchased it from Apple, it wouldn't show in Verizon's system AT ALL! He just kept saying everything came from Apple, Apple, Apple! Newsflash!!! It said Apple, because the items were made by Apple! Ugh! After I texted my mom a screenshot of my online order receipt FROM VERIZON!!! They said the order number was too long and it couldn't be found! Eventually, a supervisor was involved and the return was finally processed! My mother (who is a senior citizen, by the way!) said their attitudes were condescending and very unprofessional! She was not even offered an apology for the 30+ mins of nonsense she had to endure! The lack of customer service -not even common courtesy- displayed during visit has ensured that we will never return to this store for any reason, whatsoever, in the future!!!

Never go here. They lied to me saying I had to purchase Hum devices for one time charge of $30 to qualify for a new plan. It was all built in. Not true at all. Now after calls and chats, my account is showing $300 in charges for the devices. So now I get to waste more of my time getting this straighten. Nothing but thieves.

Shocked at the "service". I needed to update my Droid and came in while I was actively having battery issues. I asked for help with detailing the difference between the Droid Force and the Droid Play, which outwardly look the same, but one is twice the price of the other The guy who was helping me said one is "optimized". I asked him to be more specific and he repeated himself. His partner at the desk told me to "Google It". I got short with both of them and asked what the point is to have an in person store if no one can help and they just want me to go home. I stressed that I was having battery issues and was not at liberty to Google it. I ended up using one of the store phones to Google a third party to find out about the phones in front of me. A few minutes later, as I was paying at the desk, the guy temporarily blinded me with his laser, probably unintentionally. I had to tell him to stop pointing it at me. As I wept through my hand on my eye, I ended up telling him "man, you could at least say your sorry.". Sociopaths. Anyways, got home to find the phone box previously opened, in the wrong color, and without a charging cable, which was supposed to be included.

Me and my mother went to see about getting our bill lowered. We waited for the service specialist to get to us. After asking her simple questions like, "How does out bill only go down by 20$ for removing a line, if we are paying 40$ a line for each phone?", "How does our bill go down by 60$ if we pay 285+$ to pay off our phones?" She then replied, with minimal information. Restating the prices and never even giving an explanation. She didn't care about our bill, she didn't attempt to help us, her attitude implied she'd never help. After 15 years of getting screwed over by Verizon we walked out. Completely fed up by Verizon and their policies and actions. As we left, her and another employee "guided" an older women to her car. No doubt wanting to schmooze her after selling her a too expensive plan that will only rise in price over time. Not only have I hated going to that Verizon store for 15 years. I've also hated Verizon as a company's practice. I'm sick of their employees scrabbling to sell you anything, I'm sick of Verizon helping the FCC remove net neutrality. I'm sick of Verizon and I hope this review will deter others from supporting them.

Went in to get a new phone for my dad! Charles was super friendly and helpful and we got in and out very quickly! Also, note about Verizon. My experience has been that the company as a whole is willing to work with their customers and they are helpful and accommodating inasmuch as they're able!
