I don't doubt that the employees here are probably just as awesome as most people say because Springfield in general I have found consists of some REALLY awesome, helpful people. So maybe they're having an off day but although they already had a customer, my husband and I weren't acknowledged or greeted when we walked in the store. We left for a moment and my husband went back in but I stayed in the car. He came back to the car maybe 15 or 20 minutes later and said once again no one had greeted or even offered to help him. 😞

This store straight up SUCKS!!!!!! I’ve been in there twice and both times they have screwed me over. How does one single phone cost $300 for one month????? I even paid over $100 before I left the store and I was promised that my bill was going to be $65 a month. When I called their help line they couldn’t even explain the charges and offered to cancel my plan for me instead of offer any help. The first time I went to this store to get an internet hot spot, I had internet for over a month and then they shut it off with no record of me even having the device or plan in the first place. The communication between the store and Verizon is straight up non existent and they are going to start losing customers because they have become incompetent and us customers can’t depend on them for anything these days. I’ve been a customer since I was 16 and I’ve never had an issue with anything up until the last 6 months.

My experience at Verizon on N. Dirksen Parkway in Springfield Illinois was excellent. Casey clearly explained everything and efficiently helped with the setup of the phone. This is a great store to go to!

Casey was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. She was patient and looked into getting us the best deals possible. She is an asset to this company and deserves praise and a raise for going above and beyond. We weren't very pleased with the other employee working because he wasn't helpful and said I was irate which wasn't true. I did appreciate that this particular male employee opened the store doors up 2 minutes early which was courteous because he saw us outside waiting.

Never come here absolutely worthless waste of time said it was up until 7:00 showed up at 6:15 had to sign on the door said we'll be back at 6:30 came back at 6:30 only for the guy inside to basically tell me he wouldn't help me call customer service about my issue because he was about to close

Horrible service if you have any questions don't go to this verizon. Told them my issue and explained i needed there help. They took another customer that walked in after. Horrible store
