It was on November but i never did a report and it's not fare!
Absolutely charming, efficient, and empathetic. After an unfortunate issue with our car that forced us to stop in Springfield for a day and awful service from another company (located near where the car was stopped), we called Vern's based on recommendations, and it was the best decision we could have made. They quickly attended to us, sent a tow truck, and solved the problem with ease, empathy, and speed. They understood the situation and our urgency and helped us greatly to overcome the setback. Plus, there’s a restaurant nearby that makes the brief wait enjoyable with a delicious breakfast. Thank you, guys!

I always have amazing experiences coming here. Everyone is so kind and they explain what it going on in a way you will understand without making you feel dumb. Prices are also very fair. I will always come here and recommend them to everyone.

Hands down the best auto shop in town. If you need an HONEST mechanic and have been hosed in the past, this is the place to go. These guys are not out to make an extra buck off of you. They fix what is wrong, not what might go wrong. They don't bs you into a thousand dollar repair, in fact, they did exactly the opposite to me.
I was told that I need this and that by 2 other mechanics. I bought the parts and brought to them. I get a call from the owner that says, "Why did you buy all these parts? Who told you you needed this done? All of that is totally fine. Return those parts, you just need new tires." I was floored......FLOORED!!! He basically just turned away hundreds of dollars worth of work by being honest.
Well he turned down hundreds of work for that job, but I can tell you one thing, he'll get ALL of my business going forward. I tell every single person I know about that story and to go there if they have any issues with their cars. I have a wide group of friends who trust my opinion.
Thanks Vern's!!! Really appreciate all of the work you do!
