Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went in kinda knowing nothing, and within like 5-10 mins I received a ton of extremely helpful info and advice. Both staff members there went above and beyond what you’d typically expect from customer service, by giving me additional advice that costed me absolutely nothing. Can’t recommend this place enough, and will definitely be back!”

“This place is great they have a big selection of everything you need to make something from scratch. For example want to make no processed bread they have everything you need already grounded up or you can get the stuff to do it yourself like I did. Price was fare I would say wish I had one in my town honestly. Employee were amazing and helpful”

“Although there are a number of nice shops in the area, staffed by great people...ULM is the only store I go to. Great store, excellent products, knowledgeable and friendly staff- it feels more like visiting a friend's home than a storefront.
I know, I know- this probably sounds very cheesy or superficial, but I mean it with all sincerity. I'm on the spectrum and not so great in regards to spoken communication or overstimulating places...ULM's owner and staff are so understanding and helpful that the only worry I've ever had is overstaying my welcome or annoying them.

“This place has The Best customer service! I came to visit looking for a preroll to help me destress from the week and what they had blew my mind! Guys they have this product right now called “8 Mile” that was just what I was looking for! I don’t remember the two strains that are in it but I do know it’s a hybrid that smelled So Good! And when I say that I mean I wish it was a candle I could burn all the time! It had such a mellow high and was just what I was looking for.
