Hours show the pharmacy closes at 8pm on the window but the pharmacy was closed at 7:10 when I went to pick up my script. Second time this has happened

Always fast friendly service. They're busy, but don't make me feel rushed. Always wish me a good day and / or say I hope you feel better when they see me not feeling well. I appreciate that.

Just got skipped waiting on a vaccine because pharmacist grabbed wrong paperwork according to other pharmacist. Had a 9:15 appointment, said arrive by 9:00, was there by 8:54 and got skipped by the 9:30 appointment who arrived after me. I didn’t get called in until 9:35. She didn’t even wear her name badge because she was probably embarrassed by her mistake.

Went to Walgreens on Clearlake this A.M. Sign on door says a Mandatory Mask. Saw 4 employees one had mask on and it wasn’t over nose. Will find somewhere else to shop

I had a prescription that needed to be filled and the website said they closed at 10 pm. I showed up to pick up my prescription at 8:00 and they were closed

I've never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist. That lady needs to be reviewed. After dealing with a very condescending ill mannered pharmacist, I waited in the drive thru for 30minutes. CVS is down the street, I'll be using them for now on. ** Sinclair at the drive thru was sweet, educated, and professional.

Waited at the front counter for who knows how long while the cashier just stood there reading something. Unbelievable unawareness, and extremely unprofessional. And since my medicine was out of stock, which wasn't told to me beforehand (not the pharmacy peoples fault), I would be very nauseated, and I needed that mint gum. Guess the cashier decided that whatever he was reading was way too important. Unbelievable.

Every time I go there, there is a line at the pharmacy. Even though I can see there are at least four pharmacy techs working there is usually only one person working at a checkout lane. I understand because Illinois passed new laws that if a person hasn't taken the prescription before the pharmacist has to speak with the person. I also know that shift leads have to be certified pharmacy technicians. When there is a back up a shift lead needs to be assisting instead of making people wait for their medications. Today I was on hold for over 10 minutes before anyone from the pharmacy picked up the phone to answer my question.

I have had a good experience with them. My scripts r ready on time, pharmacy staff seem to do their job and we buy stuff in the store frequently with no problem. I've called the store before with questions and they have been nice to and helpful to me up to this point cuz I see others bad reviews.
