Their terrible with keeping up with orders in the pharmacy. Got told my sons meds were there then they weren't when we arrived

They take too long serving people in the Drive-Thru. They're too busy in there playing grab ass. One of the main reasons why people use drive-thru is because they want to be in and out they don't want to wait forever but it seems like people in the drive-through have to wait longer than if they were to go inside and that's typically what happens anyway cuz when you go inside the workers are aware that you're watching them so they get your order out faster they're under more pressure. So if the customer wants to come through the drive-thru it's okay to have them wait for a half an hour. This is absurd.

Now I’ve been through several pharmacys this is by far the worst one I have EVER had. They don’t even do the bare minimum and has an attitude if you made them work. All of the pharmacist that work in that departments need to be let go. I hate saying that but if they don’t want the work someone else will do it then. In helpful and acts dumbfounded if you ask any question. They also will have a silence standoff and and glare staring off with you as well. I’d find a different pharmacy and I’d definitely would go to CVS the one by Fairview shopping center is so polite and respectful

Don't get the credit card. I applied, was approved and allowed one transaction. Came in for prescriptions a week later and the card i literally just had approved could not "be authorized". Also, the pharmacy screwed up entering a prescription and my insurance wouldn't cover it because of this error. This was on a Friday so I had to wait 3 days to actually get my prescription, which had me in excruciating discomfort through the weekend. No one at the pharmacy acknowledged to me that they had made a mistake.

The staff here are rude and ignorant never in my years of using Walgreens pharmacy have I ever encountered one like this! I’m pulling all my prescriptions to another location where the ppl are happy to do the job. Just throw the whole building away!

The drive up for the pharmacy is almost never open and the line inside is long enough to make you question if it’s worth staying.

This pharmacy is the worst. The pharmacy supervisor was rude and stated she and one other person was the only ones there and trying to help everyone. I called multiple times and got hung up on. They would answer and you’d here people in the back ground and I’d be put back on hold for another 19 minutes. I got a prescription called in at 3:53pm and checked on it multiple times through out the day only to be told they have nothing. I got someone on the phone around 6:15pm who stated he would get my medications filled. I never got a call, I called around 9pm just to be told they have nothing on record for me and that they never took my call and that it may have been the call center. After all this I was still unable to get my meds feeling sick and now I have to wait until tomorrow morning with the pain I am experiencing. I will never use this pharmacy again. It’s always short staff, the line is always backed into the aisles. The pharmacy has no professionalism and lacks empathy for their patients.
