  The person finally answering the phone was very nice and helpful. Greeting through the asinine Walgreens phone robot was horrible. Just keep tapping 0 as soon as the robot answers and it will force you through to a person.

  Weird the website and door both say they close at 10pm but the doors were locked at 9:50. Very disappointed when I had to get an emergency product and this store was the only store in close proximity that was SUPPOESED to be open.

  The staff here are friendly enough, but for some reason they can't get the meds right, requiring multiple trips EACH MONTH to get the same meds. it is maddening. Seriously considering changing pharmacies for this reason.

  The Stevenson pharmacy is horrible. I could list every screw-up but it is waste of time. The female pharmacist should be fired, and some of the pharmacy staff. Walgreens national central pharmacy also sucks. I shifted to Potter drug in Rochester - much better service and communication.

  DO NOT do Fed Ex Drop at this location!!
  
  I made the horrible mistake of googling a Fed Ex drop site for Business as I was attending a conference in town very nearby.
  Google suggested this location. As it turns out, there is a TRUE Fed Ex Center less than 2 miles away.
  I had a fairly large trunk ( with wheels) weighing about 25-30 lbs.
  It was all prepared and only needing scanning in and to be picked up by Fed Ex Driver.
  When I arrived, it seemed odd for a Fed Ex location. I walked in and asked the counter clerk is this where I could bring a Fed Ex drop.
  He confirmed “ Yes” take over to the photo and Fed Ex area.
  I went back to my car to bring in. I rolled over to the area and the clerk said she would have to call the Store Manager Kelly.
  Ms. Kelly obviously must have been having a very rough day. I don’t live in her shoes and know what she is dealing with but her conduct yesterday was unacceptable.
  She walked up and said the drop was too big and she didn’t have any space available to put it.
  I told her I asked the front counter gentleman is this was a Fed Ex Drop and he confirmed it was.
  She responded with he’s just a clerk. I’m the store manager.
  She said I’ll take it this time but don’t ever bring this again.
  I said excuse me, but all I did was google where I needed to go to drop off for Fed Ex and it gave me this location.
  I said it would be best if Google would be updated to reflect only very small drops are accepted to help business clients.
  Her response was it’s not my job to do that.
  Followed by, I don’t like your attitude and you can take your box and leave my store. She walked off to the back and that was the end of it.
  I’m a very loyal lifetime shopper at Walgreens in my community and in fact worked at the Walgreens distribution center when I was putting myself through college many years ago.
  Fed Ex has a well deserved outstanding reputation for outstanding customer service around the globe.
  Fed Ex should strongly review their choice of this Walgreens as a pick up spot for their business.
  There has to be other locations that will welcome the additional revenue and certainly treat customers in a welcome manner.
  Ms. Kelly, your behavior yesterday was simply awful. I wish you well and hope whatever is going on for you gets better and you find peace and happiness.

  One of the employees hung up on me because I asked why they didn’t help me get my medicine for a lower price through my insurance.And another Walgreens got it for the low!So I went in and Kelly the manager really surprised me the way she handled it and that was nothing!!! Kelly said I had talked to her crew badly before and I never had no problems with no one until today and I still didn’t do anything and didn’t get no help!!!! Kelly lied about everything and told me I couldn’t come back in the store!!! So very unprofessional!!!! I said I guess I’ll be going to another Walgreens and Kelly said good! What kind of manager is managing this Walgreens!

  As far as pharmacy goes, this is the WORST one in Springfield. They never have simple common use medications in stock and they never NEVER get you your medications on time. That’s a huge deal for important medications that can’t miss doses and it’s consistently a problem every single time I come here. Unfortunately this is the closest Walgreens to my house but I might have to switch to CVS across the street.

  Waited so long for a COVID shot I walked out. They made me wait over an hour and a half. Went to cvs across the street the next day at scheduled appointment time and got the shot in under 5 minutes. Also every time I go into Walgreens and check out the workers are rude. Yesterday the guy at the counter didn’t say a word, hard to patronize this store when cvs across the street is so much more efficient in all ways.

  Called about a script that doctor sent in on the Jan 7th.They could not find said they would fill the one from Dec. 20th. What script was done dont know anything about this one nothing from doctor office called and verified. So you are filling one without doctors approval or just forgot all together place really has gone down hill!

  This pharmacy is three blocks from my house and I still won't fill my prescriptions there. My husband and I both have had problems and delays more than half the time we have tried to get our medication there.

  Went to Walgreens on Stevenson drive to purchase cigarettes. While there i was called a liar by a employee for using the correct term of the product. Needless to say Walgreens lost multiple customers today. Do better Walgreens do better. Like hiring people that are meant for customer service...
