Y'all really need to stock syringe adapters to ensure accurate dosage of liquid medication. The ones from other places don't fit your bottles. I may have to just switch pharmacies.

Outside of your doctor, your pharmacist should be your best friend. They are responsible for checking for medication interactions. They can also advise you of over-the-counter treatments to help you. The pharmacists at Walmart Pharmacy on Dirksen Drive are willing to assist their clients (you/me). In addition they are available to talk to you on the phone. When calling. Be aware of their busiest times, and avoid calling during those hours so they fill prescriptions written by doctors for you and other clients.

Pharmacy assistant did not tell me that I was getting only partial prescription, so I overpaid. I found out when I got home. Then, pharmacy assistant and pharmacist insisted it was my fault and hung up on me.

Shopping at Walmart yesterday ,wondering where is the Christmas spirit here.No Christmas, not one decoration or light on the outside of the building, there real trees are all dried up with needles falling off.Christmas decorations are crammed all the way to the back of the store. What a depressing atmosphere. Sam Walton is doing backflips,he always had his stores decorated for the holidays... When did this company become anti Christmas, sad day...

First time at this location, based upon on a visit made in the afternoon. No ratchet people or druggies hanging around. Not many were wearing masks though, even though it's a state mandate. Found everything I was looking for, huge parking lot even for a Walmart.

I just left Walmart & because I didn't have my receipt I was held up at the receipt check point. Luckily I ran back to the checkout & the young man had kept it for me. I purchased $224 & the reason I had to show my receipt was because I purchased so much. They only do this every now & then according to the woman working there. I am outraged! I told her that maybe they should do it all the time like Sam's club because it's confusing. Anyway, I will not go back. I've shopped there over 30 years & I'm done. My daughter & her family & my son & his wife quite going there a long time ago. I was the last holdout. There are other options in this town & I don't care if I have to pay a little more, I won't shop at Walmart again.

I brought a Grille as Walmart on Dirksen Drive...in Springfield, Illinois. The guy who helped me was(Mr.Ric) He walked me outside to pick a grille for Bar B Oue.His kind and politeness made my day.He stopped what he was doing to help me. Then. He made sure my name was on it ..plus, phone number. This is the professional attitude we are looking for from a Walmart. I will Recommend this Walmart on Dirksen drive.

I went to the doctor’s office one afternoon for an upper respiratory infection. I was out of the office before 2:30 and had asked them to call my cough medicine prescription to the Walmart pharmacy. My prescription wasn’t ready to be picked up until a little after 7:00 that evening. When I picked it up I asked if there was a specific reason why it took almost 5 hours to fill the prescription. No answer and no apology either. I shouldn’t have been surprised though. I had taken my vehicle to Walmart’s auto shop a few years ago for two tire plugs and it took 2.5 hours to get it done. Walmart may be good at prices but their services are in no way done in a timely fashion.

Probably the worst pharmacy on Earth. In the three months I've used them, they've: lost a prescription so I had to have it resubmitted, charged me different amounts for the same medication, LIED about my insurance denying a prescription (I called my insurance and was told it had never been submitted for claim), refused to accept my husband's card because it was demagnetized and they "couldn't process it" (a check with another employee revealed that to be another lie) and take at least an hour to fill any prescription. I'm switching pharmacies. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.

I am a disabled veteran and my wife was out of town. I needed groceries but was unable to get into the store. We tried their pickup service. The website was easy to use, the groceries were reasonably priced and their system was extremely organized. I told them when I wanted to pick up the groceries. The had numbered parking spots with their telephone number posted. I called them and within a minute, their employee came out and loaded them in my car. Their website says they do not accept tips but smiles are welcome. My neighbors unloaded the groceries, so it really made things easy for me.

Stopped in for the third time today. I was greeted by a nice young man named Cleveland ( don't ya love that cool name)? Both he and a young manager named Joshua were very helpful. Nice store!

They fill prescriptions with speed. I've dropped off some that have been filled as fast as fifteen minutes later. My only complaint is that they seem to run out of syringes (for my insulin) quite often and I have to wait for them to reorder. Usually only takes til the next day though.
