BEWARE of getting an oil change at this location!! This is coming from a Walmart truck driver! If you choose this location to get your oil changed please double/triple check your dipstick before departing. I took a chance on getting an oil change while visiting Springfield. (Worst decision ever!) Only to have to return the next day due to my engine shaking and white smoke coming out of my exhaust. I was told my oil was overfilled almost 2 quarts. They drained it and got it back down to the correct level. I had oil in my exhaust pipe which had my car smelling terrible with the fumes. I took my car to a mechanic just to double check everything and found out that my oil filter didn’t get changed and they basically just filled my car up with oil. So again I say to you if you take a chance like me please JUST DONT TAKE THAT CHANCE!!

The Walmart membership plus, MY orders always get charged but then canceled, then I have to wait 8-10 for MY money back, with nothing received at all. waste of time. Very frustrating... I have tried about 5 times, even got it verified threw an agent that it would go through and guess what, it did NOT. No it's mY card.

This Pharmacy is by far the worst. The employees never answer the phone or hang up on you. 1 star because I had to give them something and they don't deserve it.

I have called the Pharmacy over and over, they either don't answer, hang up or like today answered and let me sit not on hold hearing everything they were doing. This isn't the first time they have done this. They need to investigate these people working in the pharmacy because they're unprofessional.

Two employees watched me do self checkout that was all food. Tempted to say “wanna check me out instead of thinking me stealing stuff?” Walmart employees treat every customer like a thief here very sad

Tried to get oil change was told they only take appointments the only walmart in illinois that does this and it's not posted on the website at all. WENT TO RAYS INSTEAD AND IT WAS A LOT FASTER AND BETTER SERVICE. THEY WILL BE GETTING MY SERVICE FROM NOW ON.

Hmm let’s see….pay an employee to watch every single customer check out their own items while standing there and making sure they don’t commit theft or……install a bunch of useless cameras and 32’ TV’s to stop theft 🤔
I will stop shopping @ this location bcuz I almost lost my cool with one of the employees, he’s standing there along with several other employees in self checkout watch me and other customers self checkout like we are damn thieves in the night.
To the Walmart employees: you don’t get paid enough to stop theft if that’s the case and besides I’m sure it wasn’t in your job description when you applied. I don’t recall seeing “THEFT PROTECTION” on your badges. ITS VERY CONDESCENDING!!!!!!

Not only was the ignorant long dark haired lady late locking the 10:00 door, she saw me approaching while hacked my data/GPS location THEN decided to lock up.
She said, "I was gonna let you in."
Um, you stood there working the lock and said nothing.
Watch the camera, isn't that ugly?
Wheres the Christmas spirit?
Come on folks.
Asked for speak to a manger but they seem "unavailable," making all that $.
