I've never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist. That lady needs to be reviewed. After dealing with a very condescending ill mannered pharmacist, I waited in the drive thru for 30minutes. CVS is down the street, I'll be using them for now on. ** Sinclair at the drive thru was sweet, educated, and professional.

Waited at the front counter for who knows how long while the cashier just stood there reading something. Unbelievable unawareness, and extremely unprofessional. And since my medicine was out of stock, which wasn't told to me beforehand (not the pharmacy peoples fault), I would be very nauseated, and I needed that mint gum. Guess the cashier decided that whatever he was reading was way too important. Unbelievable.

Every time I go there, there is a line at the pharmacy. Even though I can see there are at least four pharmacy techs working there is usually only one person working at a checkout lane. I understand because Illinois passed new laws that if a person hasn't taken the prescription before the pharmacist has to speak with the person. I also know that shift leads have to be certified pharmacy technicians. When there is a back up a shift lead needs to be assisting instead of making people wait for their medications. Today I was on hold for over 10 minutes before anyone from the pharmacy picked up the phone to answer my question.
