We have been robbed twice now and management assured us they would add security cameras at the end and they didn’t and we got robbed AGAIN! After filing a police report, the police said this is a frequent spot they come to for robberies, so long story short…AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR STUFF!

This place is a father-daughter operation and they both are absolutely phenomenal and accommodating. The prices are affordable and I feel like my storage is secure.

I've been storing my holiday things and special, but outgrown, kids toys for my future grandchildren here for years! They are so very nice! I say because of how nice they are and their prices are the most reasonable in town, as well!

I had the worst experience here. If I could give 0 stars and leave a comment, I would. I was greeted by the office manager, Nacy. She was rude and condescending. I asked for the prices of their units and if she had a print out I could take with me. I was told, "Oh no. We don't just give our rates out to everyone." There was a list of prices taped to the desk for 2017 and I asked if I could take a picture of the sign with my phone and I was told no. I continued to ask questions about what their units are like and about contacts. I was laughed at for the questions I asked. I have never needed storage in Springfield and was out shopping around since we are planning to sell our house. The other places I went to had no problem showing units or giving prices. I will never use Westside Mini Storage!
