What can I say, they have everything you want in a storage facility. The facility is professionally managed and maintained and offers superior security in a convenient location that doesn't make you feel like you are out in the wasteland. I've referred s numbed of clients needing temporary storage.

Their facility is clean and secure. The units are new. The previous owners did a great job building this facility. However the new management, as of September 2017, is terrible and we will never deal with them again. When they took over they called us and got new billing info. At that time they asked if we wanted our second unit (which was empty at that time). I said yes. They took the billing info and seemed like everything would be fine. Then I found out they cancelled my second unit, renting it to someone else without notice. But they kept billing me the same amount, $140 per month, effectively doubling my rent with no notice. When I contacted them about this error they showed no remorse and gave no apology. They claimed a letter was sent (we never received a letter...he says it's possible we didn't get one as it was sent through an automated system) and he would not refund any previous money, nor would he honor my price going forward. So we moved to another place that offered much less expensive storage and management that is easy to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM WHITE OAKS MINI STORAGE. The only way I can describe their billing practices is "deceptive"
