Very good about communicating when they would be able to get my vehicle in, they diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts, test drove and fixed what was wrong with it! I had already replaced so many parts myself and still had stalling problems with an explorer, it had bad wiring and now its all fixed. Respectful and honest people. 10/10 recremend.

My car’s battery died and I needed it replaced fast. They were able to get me in later that same day and had it ready for me to pick up in like an hour. Everyone I talked to there was really friendly. I would definitely go to them again!

I had a 2014 ford fusion that was a MESS!!! I was so thankful for Wilkersons, they tow it back to the shop did a full body inspection, informed me of what needed to be fixed (no added nonsense) all through text messages! Thank you John! Stan says hello gang!

Wilkerson's has serviced every car for my whole family for the last 20 years. I moved to the other side of Springfield and tried some other mechanics but had to go back to Wilkerson's because they are reasonable and fair.

We’ve been bringing our cars here for years and always have top notch service. My son went to a different place that was closer to where he lives and got the run around for two weeks. He stopped in Wilkersons yesterday and they quickly took care of him and he was on his way. I can’t thank them enough for helping him out on a busy day. You guys are the best!

Can express enough how grateful my family is to John and the team at Wilkerson's. On our drive back home to Michigan our alternator went out. Not only were they the most reasonably priced shop around, they were extremely accommodating and quick with the repair. They even picked me up from our hotel to pick up my vehicle. Thank you to the team for getting us back on the road and making a tough situation feel less stressful!
