“I went into Chico‘s to purchase some clothes for my wife that she has been wanting.
I met a lady their name Cara she totally knew what I was talking about And set me up with the perfect outfit for my wife’s 60th birthday!
After that, my wife went into Chico’s and spoke with her again, and she ended up purchasing more clothes from her and was very very pleased with her and her professionalism and her knowledge of the line of clothing.

“My friend and I just visited this boutique for the first time. The staff member (Julia) was so nice and welcoming. Julia made our experience extra fun! She explained that most of what they sell is from local artists. How awesome is that?! The store was very clean and organized. Can't wait to visit again soon. Go check it out!!!”
“Yesterday 8/27/2022, my friend and I spent hours in Springfield trying to find a professional outfit. We struck out at many stores, but found the perfect outfit at Loft. The store was quite busy and your employee Rylan was running around helping everyone, checking back in with guests, and putting things away. She was incredibly friendly and was wonderful at her job! She wasn’t the only employee in the store, but she seemed to be doing more than her share. Thanks for a great experience.”

“This store is incredible!! My daughter and I love everything that is sold here. The styles are so much fun and uplifting! Perfect for any age.I really like everyone who has ever worked there. They are always so friendly yet very professional. If something looks bad, they are great to suggest something else that might work better. I love that. It is annoying when a sales person tells you something looks great when you know full well that it does not. I think most people appreciate honesty.I'm not sure if the owners name/names, but she/they go above and beyond. Keep up the great work!”

I have to agree with some of the other reviewers about the friendliness. It varies a lot (some of the teens that work there are snooty) - if you can find out when the owner is there, she is great.”
“Was really impressed by JCPenney's! Huge variety of clothing some say it's dying but to me JCPenney's is a reminder of childhood. You could get your haircut and find the newest and coolest fashions. I was able to find my work clothes and some street clothes with impressive staff helping me out that was very friendly.”

“Saturday I made an online appointment. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted. I had Sydney she is new. My experience was excellent I love my color and new style. I be honest not very many individuals at the salon seem to want to guide her, teach her help in anyway. Believe me she was good, she listened to me and I loved it.”

“Olivia was the kindest store associate I've ever encountered. She did bra measurements for me, offered helpful information about the different styles that might work, and pulled many bras for me to try on, even going in the back to find more sizes than were out on display.
