Xfinity is the worst company in providing customer service. There is no real live assistance; it is all virtual and via text-messaging only. When you ask for a callback, they get your contact information and inform you someone will call you back in 10-15 minutes, but no one ever does.

Discriminatory hiring practices. They won’t hire anyone as a tech that isn’t named Bubba dip spitting into a Mountain Dew bottle. I have 2 years experience as a professional mover an a BA in communication but I’m not qualified to hook up Cable Boxes? We loved me as a candidate until we saw how brown my face was. Trash company. Trash people.

Xfinity is an absolute nightmare. I have been an xfinity customer for about 6 years mobile and even longer an internet customer. I have never in my life been treated so badly by customer service. Between many phone calls and going into the store 3 times between my wife and I, we dealt with customer service for over 8 hours. Every time when speaking to a representative both on the phone and in the store literally every one of them said what the previous representative did was wrong and that they fixed the problem. Absolutely no one knows what they are talking about and when speaking over the phone to a representative, the way they make statements in English can be very offensive to a customer who is going through a bad time even if they don’t mean it the way they present it. The problem started when I placed an order for phones which I never received on Nov 29, 2023 and here we are December 25, 2023 and the problem was supposedly solved. Still, with no refund of course or any sort of apology. If you can, I would definitely recommend taking your services elsewhere because you will never be treated so bad as a customer as you will with xfinity.

Honestly they do not deserve the one star. This company is the worst!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The customer service is unbelievably terrible and pathetic.

I had an extremely rude experience with assistant manager Zachary Goad. I will never return to that store as long as he is there. First time I have ever experienced an incompetent manager in over 20 years of having Xfinity services.UPDATE: link not valid and still have not received an email. So dissatisfied.

Zero stars??...Xfinity customer service is the absolute worst I have ever seen by far...I canceled them for that reason alone!...I could never get thru and talk to a person..the automated system didn't have the answers to my questions and I would get stuck in a never ending loop only to be disconnected...long lines at their store..I showed up an hour before they closed and was turned away and told to make an appointment. When your contract is up your bill skyrockets until you re subscribe..I went with a different carrier..I dont have a contract. I can cancel anytime and it's cheaper....thank you Xfinity for making the choice for me ..my life is so much better without you

Absolutely the worst customer service of any internet provider or telecom company I have ever experienced. We tried to move and cancel our internet and they disconnected it weeks early, then did not disconnect when we actually moved, then tried to charge us for internet after we moved, and now they are trying to charge us $120 for a piece of equipment they said was free. If you try to contact customer support and are lucky enough to eventually talk to a human they will straight up lie to you and tell you the problem is fixed when it isn’t.

Beware the store will prioritize appointments over walking and will not tell you. Also I tried to purchase a phone and the store was charging more fees than online and did not want to resolve the price difference.

I recently switched from ATT to Xfinity and I was struggling to get my mom’s phone switched over. After multiple calls to the call center, I was getting no where. I was soooo frustrated because I had a small window to get my mom’s phone switched over before I was headed back to Michigan. On July 4th, I went to the Xfinity store in Springfield, IL as a last-ditch effort. I started with Jaden and he ensured me I would walk out of the store with a working phone. We ran into an issue with the IMEI and since it was the holiday, he was unsure if that call center was working. I was feeling really down at that point, but Jaden decided to talk to Jennifer about my issue and I started working with her. WITHIN 15 minutes, I was walking out of the store with a working phone.I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Jennifer and Jaden for troubleshooting my issue. It was a pleasure to work with those two and I appreciate the fact that they did not give up on resolving the issue. My mom now has her Xfinity service on her phone and we are some happy campers. Jennifer and Jaden THANK YOU SO MUCH and keep up the FANTASTIC customer service. You two were awesome to work with.Jennifer you’re the mad genius and you should be EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, if that’s a thing at Xfinity ?

I had several disappointing transactions done by several employees at Xfinity Freedom Dr. They put me on the wrong cell plan, disconnected my home service, didn't pay attention to me and made several mistakes, etc. But Jennifer S was a diamond in the rough and came shining through on 06/22/23, she was extremely attentive, fixed all the problems the other employees made which were numerous, fought hard to credit me appropriately, made me feel valued and recognized me as a loyal customer. Previously I was with Sprint for 17 years and have been with Xfinity Comcast and Xfinity mobile for several years. With the mistakes made, I was already looking for other providers but Jenny saved the day. Xfinity, please recognize valued employees such as her and please train and hold higher expectations of problem employees.

The people who work here, are terrific! I was immediately welcomed, and helped in a super quick fashion. All my questions were answered in a easy to understand way. It's a nice big clean store, as well. A+
