I connected with caliber collision through State Farm insurance, after I was hit with a semi’s blown tire. Right from the start… Chris was awesome to deal with at the front desk. Jorge was very helpful and kept in touch frequently regarding the status of my vehicle repairs. The car doesn’t look like it was ever hit.

I had my Ford Escape repaired with Caliber Collision. I had a great experience with them from start to finish and with everyone within the shop. They were very communicative throughout the repair process of my car. They kept me updated on when the parts to my car would arrive and when it was done and ready for pick up. They made sure I had a rental car and even held onto my car a little longer as I was out of town when my car repairs were completed. I would definitely recommend them for auto body/collision repair needs.

Very little communication and timeliness of repairs and door delay due to parts. Had to call three times a week to get updates.

Schedule only and input vehicle type. They called the next day to share they are not Tesla certified. The model Y is literally the most popular vehicle in the world yet Caliber has failed to gain certification. Buyer beware

The workmanship is excellent. My issue over the 6
weeks since the accident occurred was with George,
Amber, and the receptionists who would promise to
pass on messages and call back, but never did.
Constant promises that they or someone else would
call back on a said date. Does anyone provide the
handoff message or put a call back reminder in their
calendar. Not very professional. I get better call back
service from my dog sitting company.
