All Things Art Studio has been fantastic. Our child attended art classes here where they studied then created various art mediums. This was so pleasurable we held a birthday party at the studio for their friends and the staff could not have been more organized and better ready to host a party of 1st graders. The staff was welcoming and got everyone organized, focused, while we worked as a group on individual art projects, which each student got to take home.

This started out as a great place fir the kids to spend their days off of school, but this last spring break the kids were sick and couldn't attend their class. I sent replies to 2 emails and left a voicemail saying that the kids wouldn't be there and that I was still charged. I have yet to receive a response or refund. We will no longer be attending their programs

The communication here is extremelyyyy poor & the staff is rude. Will likely not send my children here again.

My daughter has taken art classes before and was very bored. The classes she took here she absolutely loved and came home with some amazing artwork.

The choices here are endless for my kids! I have visited this studio on and off over the last few years. Each time it has been great experience from start to finish. My kids and I would highly recommend this art studio.

Would give a 0 if I could I sold my stuffed animals in the studio and I have not been paid for the things I sold $165 worth

My daughter worked there during Covid and didn't get paid the amount she was due despite repeated inquiries. What a terrible experience for a young woman working one of her first jobs.

I would give it a 0 if I could and the management is god awful, I worked there for a year, no taxes taken out of my check no documentation no background check, I also sold art there and since I stopped workMing there she hasn't paid me the money I made, she owes me a total of $165

This studio has it all! Painting, wheel throwing, sculpting, toddler classes, youth to young adults, and adult paint-and-sips! My teen found out there are high school classes that meet weekly and now they're hooked. This is a gem in St. Charles and walking distance from downtown. Perfect for a girl's night out! Great staff, and easy to work with for special requests. Can't recommend enough!

I would give a 0 if I could. My daughter’s class was supposed to start 10.01.22 and we got a cancellation email at 10pm the night before. We have been emailing and leaving voicemails to get a refund per the website policy. We have received one email from her in January saying a credit was issued since she does not offer refunds. We replied with a screenshot of her website to show her she offers refunds for cancelled classes and then have yet to hear anything back. I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint.

My kids have been taking classes at All Things Art Studio for almost a decade. I have also taken a few wine and canvas classes myself. All of our experiences have been great and they have enjoyed the classes, the teachers and are proud of the artwork they bring home. At the end of the series, the kids present their art in front of friends and family. It is the cutest thing and I always look forward to their presentations. The studio is always clean and well taken care of. We've also been to parties here and they were run smoothly and fun for the kids! Erin and her staff always welcome everyone with a smile and make us feel welcome. Would highly recommend All Things Art Studio!

Just hosted my daughters birthday party here and everyone had SO much fun! The kids loved making their own slime and it was a great party favor for the kids to take home. The teachers were great with the kids and helped them through the whole process. We also had to reschedule our party very last minute because my daughter was sick on her actual birthday and the owner Erin was very accommodating and understanding. Thank you all for making my daughters birthday a success.
