The historic Arcada Theatre is a beautifully done, unique venue and a great place to see a concert or a favorite artist. It is a 900-seat theatre built in 1926, hosting over 250 live events each year, and is considered one of the best places in the Midwest to see 80's metal and hair bands in a club setting. People travel to see bands here. The sound is great and the stage is easy to see. The building itself is beautiful and offers multiple options for food and drinks. The lobby houses Rock 'N Za pizza and Barcada bar, with Rock 'n Ravioli opening soon. The second floor has Studio 64, a fun disco room with a vibrant nightclub atmosphere. Club Arcada, a 1920s speakeasy and restaurant on the third floor, features hand-crafted cocktails. The staff is amazing and the owner is a nice and great guy who goes out of his way to bring the best bands, food, and overall experience. There is free street parking and a large community parking lot across the street.

Concerts are reasonable priced. The food and liquor prices in all the venues are way out of control. I paid $6.00 for a small popcorn that was not fresh, and $6.00 for a help yourself Pepsi. Then he said cash or credit. I paid cash. If I was to use credit, I would of been charged a card fee. Really? Never again.
