I went to this store just before lunch with the intent to ask questions about my account and to upgrade 2 phones. The sales reps are at a disavantage because they do not have access to up to date information (Real Time) He got frusterated with me for looking at the screen and talking while he was seeking informations. I had a strong sence of a personality conflict, so I told him that I has to go to a different store and I left

John the manager was amazing! He was very thorough with my account and knowledgeable. I walked out with a new upgraded phone and my bill was discontinued about 10% a month. Will definitely be back A+ customer service!!

i walked in the store on Saturday, October 28, 2023. The only worker was an old man, and he was occupied with a customer. That customer was confused about how her photos would be stored ... so it was a long conversation. The ATT employee did not acknowledge I was there, or tell me he would be right with me. I will never get a phone from a store again.

I had terrible experience with both St Charles locations. The one on Main Street tried to scare me into buying the ATT IPhone protection plan. He stated if something happens to the phone the minute I walk out the door, I would not be eligible for a replacement and I would have to pay the phone off before I could get a new one. Asked for Apple care. Was advices it is not offeredCalled the St Charles location as we got our previous iPhones from there. I was told they have never offered apple care and I must be confused! I got a survey regarding my visit and asked if I wanted a manager to call me back. That was Saturday. It will be one week tomorrow and no call back.

The over weight man who works alone on Sundays gave me the worst experience of all time. I'm an AT&T customer. All I needed was him to put my screen protector on my phone. That takes about 30 seconds. And as he was prioritizing customers, he had me wait for him as he was fixing what seemed to be an unfixable hard long problem with this other customer. He was turning his phone on and off and theres periods of time where he's doing nothing and could help me out real quick. I politely came and asked him how long did he think he would take on fixing this man's phone. The employee decided to ha e a freak out and yell at me for the whole room to hear of him yelling at me to wait because I'm not buying anything. He cursed at me and I asked for the tool and just did it myself. I suggest more training for this employee. He has terrible people skills and his ability to prioritize customers needs is awful. He acted like a little kid when he yelled and outbursted me to wait. I felt so uncomfortable so like I said I just asked him for the tool myself and did it. AT&T train your employees. Or don't understaff your store. Terrible experience. I don't write reviews often. Only when it's important and this man should not work alone. You can tell he can't handle the pressure of working alone with multiple customers.

Just worked with the folks at ATT St Charles. Not easy for my elderly parents dealing with anything tech related and Sami was such a pro helping them and making the whole process such a pleasure. So grateful!?

I went in for an upgrade transfer that, unfortunately because of ATT contracts was not possible. However, Jon, was able to find a work around to get me an upgrade for only a 10$ increase in my monthly bill for a couple months! All the while, Sami, another associate there was an amazing friend to my 16 month old son. All in all, great service and wonderful staff. Thank you ATT of St Charles on Main Street!!!

Stopped in today to purchase a new phone and had excellent help! Sami helped us decide between phones and choose a plan, and the customer service was great! Very efficient store with good workers
