If you need tires or any other care for your vehicle this is the place to go. First off my sales person Jacob Schmanke was amazing. No pressure. Their techs do amazing work as well. Finding issues the dealership missed. Thank you for getting my car ready for winter. It drives so much better and feels much more safe. Thank you guys so much.

I had an appointment for my breaks to be inspected and waited over an hour and a half. They then said they might not be able to get to look at the vehicle at all that day. No appointments were available the next day. I ended up going somewhere else and had them replaced. I used to like Belle Tire but found their pricing to be too high and now won't go back ever again because of this incident.

I had an unexpected nail in my tire and stopped by Belle Tire in St. Charles. Their team was absolutely wonderful! They fixed my tire quickly and at no charge, all while providing fast, efficient service with a smile. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my tire needs. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience here! Jacob, the manager, was not only really smart and knowledgeable - he was friendly, patient and explained things clearly. There was no pressure. The building is new, clean and organized. We were texted updates regularly. I'd highly recommend.

Joe is the best! I haven't had good luck with tires lately, both cars in one day had nails in them about a month ago. Today the low pressure light came on and normally I would fill them and monitor them but I'm leaving on a trip and don't have time to find out if something is wrong. Joe was able to fit me in, took care of me right away and thank goodness nothing was wrong this time. The piece of mind coupled with Joe's understanding and kindness put me tremendously at ease for my upcoming road trip. Thank you and thanks to the team!

The Belle Tire in St. Charles, Il. is hands down the Most Professional place I have ever brought my vehicle. I will continue to do all my business with them and would highly recommend anyone to go there yourself to appreciate what I just stated.

Very disappointing experiences. First trip in I made an appointment to have 4 Michelin tires put on. When I arrived the managed Jacob said they did not have them in and tried to get me to go with a Goodyear tire. I was happy to wait but when I decided against his suggestion he instantly changed his attitude. Was very smug and physically annoyed. Never apologized for not having the tires that were ordered, and was extremely irritated that he would have to pick them up later that day. Very unprofessional.
Second appointment, they couldn’t get my wheel back on because of a damaged front wheel bearing. They located one for me for $275. When I asked them if they could find a less expensive one, again, Jacob was instantly annoyed and flat out refused to try locating parts from another store. I located one at AutoZone for $159. After doing so Jacob said they wouldn’t put it on and the reason was because they were a “for profit company”. Just a waste of time for myself, the mechanics and himself. Again very smug and physically annoyed and verbally condescending. Won’t be long before others have the same experience. Will use Batavia for all future business. Avoid the hassle and problems of this young manager. Much to learn about the way of business and service.

I came here with a driver side donut I needed replaced and left with my alignment so far to the right that it takes turns For me… and Too sharply… and then they say I need “Control arms And ball joints that need to be Replaced Sooner rather than later” called them immediately after leaving Very unhappily and they said they can get my car back in looked at “right away” but I’ve now already been waiting another 15+ minutes for them to do Nothing. Not to mention my Scheduled Appointment…. Was pushed back 58 minutes. I was supposed to be seen at 1:00 they didn’t until 1:58. I’ve never received such negligent and Disrespectful car service. Just go to Mike’s it’s well worth the little extra money these guys will mess your undercarriage up so you feel like you Have to come back to them. Swear to God, I have NO reason to lie about Any of this.
