Absolutely the worst excuse of a MOTEL ever. BW should be embarrassed this dump has their name. The Comfort Inn across the street looks like a much better place.
The towels are better equipped to be used as sand paper. The room was clean, but full of old furniture. It's obvious the owners put zero $ back into this property. As soon as you pull in the parking lot, you know. For the last 15 years, I stay in hotels 150-175 nights per year. This hole is in the top 3 of the absolute worst. Horrible interior lighting, no way to block the way too bright outside lights. Paper thin walls. Very old broken down desk chairs. I will never stay here again, even if they paid me.

Avoid this dump for your own good.
Rooms: Our room was disgusting and shower was broke. When we reported shower problem to staff at desk, they said management was told by them about the problem two months prior. Rooms are dirty.
Noteworthy details: Poorly maintained property that has foul odor.

My room was in the newer brick building with interior doorways
The room was nicely furnished and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The exercise room was very nice.
My only complaint about the room is the desk chair which was very worn and should be replaced. Also, the pool is permanently closed and looks like it has been closed for a while.The breakfast was adequate for a motel in this price range.
The location was a challenge as the motel is not at a traffic light, and it's difficult to get onto the busy main road if you are heading west into downtown St. Charles.
Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I would stay here again the next time I am in St. Charles visiting family..

WE DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT ON THE LOBBY, ACTUALLY, WE DIDN'T GET OUT OF THE TRUCK! The pics didn't match up for the rm I reserved & after researching we found ALOT of bad reviews including need bugs from people who just left. ETC & a few very shady peeps lurking. In town for a funeral & this pl was not going to work.

I checked out within a couple of hours because of BED BUGS!!! The manager assured me that inspections were done prior to check in. I did a brief (not thorough) check myself but after doing a few minutes of reading, I noticed the bugs. I left immediately after!!! I went back and forth with the manager who kept denying there were any bugs as if I were blind or lying about what I clearly saw. I was questioned if this was my fault. The NERVE!! His tone and attitude about it wasnt appreciated. Quite upsetting! He softened up a little after 2 days and my payment was voided out on the 3rd day. Prior to noticing the bugs, the room was very muggy, the fridge wasn't working properly and the bedding was dingy with marks and cigarette burns. My business trip was cut super short and my belongings had to be tossed to avoid any risks. I have been to a better and much cleaner Best Western prior to this.
Noteworthy details: BED BUGS!! Look elsewhere!

Very good place showers were clean it had a microwave bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the stay had ashtrays right outside the door so you can step out and smoke 10/10 would recommend to family and friends

Booked 2 rooms and Stayed here for 3 nights. When we arrived, we requested to be on the ground floor and the staff member at the service desk was extremely accommodating and friendly.I would personally classify this place as a motel. The photos posted by the company are either inaccurate or very out dated.The rooms were okay and the beds were comfortable. It’s a Good enough to stay for a decent price. If you are very lavish then this place is not for you. Having said that, I would stay here again if I’m ever in St. Charles.The continental breakfast was pretty basic. Not the worst I’ve had, but it served its purpose.

It is very affordable the room with large enough for the money. The problem I had there was that the heater was broken. I didn't realize it was broken until midnight when it got really cold. I asked for more blankets they only brought one blanket which was not enough. They did not offer to move me to another room. In the morning they lie about offering me to move to another room. I pay full price for it I didn't get any discount for the inconvenience.
Rooms: The rooms were Clean and lorchner for the Price period
Walkability: Right in front of it there is this great restaurant. you can just cross the street.

ZERO stars!!! We checked into the St. Charles IL location on 12/31/23. The room was not as described online through Expedia nor the BW app. I have photos to prove it. We were so disappointed and disgusted that we returned the keys to the front desk. We were still billed for the stay we did not have. Worst experience ever!!!

Stayed at a lot best Western and this is by far the worst.Gentlemen working Sat morning the 9th terrible service. Shocked he works in customer service.

This was a clean and quite Best Western in lovely St.Charles, Illinois. The AC worked great,staff very friendly,and the beds were comfortable.
