We had a move from Bartlett, IL to Chicago, IL very recently. Jordan and Andrew were our crew and every thing about them was stellar. The move was executed perfectly. It was not easy as the destination was a city apartment on the third floor, no elevator. Prior to the actual move, Jason was very organized and communicative. Our experience was nothing less than total perfection. We could not be more pleased and relieved.

Falcon Moving LLC and its movers, Patrick and Christian, will be our go-to movers for in-home moves. They arrived on time and completed moving our vanity in less than 30 minutes. They took excellent care in planning out the move to ensure that the item and our home weren't scratched. The two of them had excellent communication - they are a great time. I'm so glad that we hired professional movers to help us!

Our moving crew lacked experience and professionalism. They were unable to lift heavy items and left several items damaged due to improper handling. They also took twice as long as estimated. One of the crew members was standing outside for any period of time doing nothing. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Used the moving service a while ago and can't really recommend it. It started out well, Falcon very responsive to calls and questions. And service, too, was pretty good. The big negative: overheard conversations that made me uncomfortable, heavily leaning to racist beliefs. That's unprofessional, a poor reflection of the company (although maybe it's the workplace culture) and reason enough to select another service provider.

I had an excellent experience with these guys. I booked them with only one week's notice. They were responsive and communicative. They showed up on time and did exactly what we agreed. I highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to refer them to my friends.

The company was very responsive and thorough before the move, and the crew showed up on time the day of. We were told they would send more guys than actually showed up, and that the move would take 2 trucks. They sent 2 trucks (with 0 wardrobe boxes!) but the crew told us that the second truck was not for our things, but for their supplies only. They broke a lot of our stuff, including a $1,000 treadmill and $3,000 solid wood dresser (which they dropped) that my husband had to repair because Carlos "couldn't find anyone local to come out and do the repairs". My dresser drawers do not open or close properly because an amateur replaced the drawer glides. They broke several other pieces of furniture which Carlos promised to reimburse us for, but it has been 3 months since the move and still no reimbursement.There were a few things that went missing. Our bedside lamps disappeared after sitting in our bedroom while the trucks were loaded, as if they were being set aside for someone. The other thing that went missing was a vintage framed personalized photo that belonged to my husband and is worth close to $1,000. Apparently one of the guys remembers bringing it into our new house, but can't remember where he put it. It is not in the house and we have not been compensated for the loss.I should add that Carlos and I have been emailing back and forth since the move, but every time there is some pressure to answer or send a check, I don't get a response. My best advice is to look elsewhere for a mover.

We used Falcon Moving recently and were quite pleased. Their communication prior to the move was outstanding, and guided us through the process quite easily. It was easy to estimate what we had to move with their website tool, and it was very easy to update it as we realized we had more or less than anticipated. The day of the move went very easily. John, Christian, Mike and Roger were unbelievable! They were thorough, careful and very efficient with their time and energy. They loaded everything in record time (we had 2 trucks). Then the unloading went quite smoothly. We had everything marked with the room name & number, so that helped. But they took everything apart carefully, didn't lose any pieces/screws etc. and put everything back together again swiftly. By the time they left, our new house was stuffed - but things were in the right room and we could function. I have to say, we only had 1 thing broken, and that was our fault for not packing it well enough in the box. Pretty good, considering we had SO much stuff that was moved! I'd definitely recommend this company - and this crew.

I used Falcon for a local move. The crew they sent was excellent. Joe and Jon did a great job. They were polite, hard working, and paid attention to detail so that my items were not damaged. But the real star of the show was the crew leader, Jordan. This guy busted his behind getting stuff moved. He moved fast without being in a hurry, he issued clear and concise instructions for Joe and Jon, was very polite, and took excellent care of my items. And if it was heavy, Jordan was on it. This guy is a bulldog. This was part one of a two part move. When part two comes up, I will definitely be asking for Jordan.

I strongly recommend against using this mover. Not responsive when you need them, break your stuff, lie to you about discounts and pickups, don't estimate time properly, and pay employees extra if you leave a good review. Here are the details: The central office (David, Carlos) are very diligent and responsive in getting you an estimate, and to make sure you may after you move, but they disappear during the move when you need them most. I scheduled a (1) packing day - team led by Darion claimed they had to leave within 6 hours (not true) and left most of my house unpacked, including items I said needing packing (2) moving day, the team led by Jordan had to do most of the packing, and then the loading, but their truck was too small because Darion didn't accurately tell them what they needed. By the way, the entire time this day and the next day (move out) I was calling and texting David but no answer, and he never returned my calls. Later I was told he was on vacation. By the end, they were loading my stuff in one of the mover's personal minivans and its door broke. Some of my stuff was left over, so another truck came the next day (day before closing) to pick up more of my stuff - "no charge to me" - how generous considering it was their mistake to begin with. They had the packing day to clearly understand how much stuff I had to move, but it was never conveyed - they said because I had a basketball hoop I didn't tell them about (I did, on packing day), it was my fault. After these mistakes, Carlos said they'd "take care of me" on my move-in (a week later). I find out from the employees that if you take a picture with them, and leave a good review, the crew gets paid more (points towards a bonus) - that explains all the good reviews! Move-in time comes, I learned my lesson, kept calling and texting David but no answer -- I found out later he's on another vacation. In his place, I'm assigned to Austen, who tells me after reminding him what Carlos said, that I am now getting a discount on my hourly rate. That's a lie - the discount was in the original estimate. I told Austen about that, caught them on that lie and they had nothing to say for it. At move-in, they sent too few people, I paid for unpacking and they said I never told them (oh wait, it is in the original estimate from weeks before!), and so the crew doesn't have time to unpack. They are so rushed they broke a lot of my stuff. Here are pictures. They don't even know how to put some of the stuff (beds, tables) back together again, so Carlos from the central office has to come out to do it himself after Googling it for instructions/pictures. But so generous, "no charge to me" for them putting my stuff back together they took apart that I paid them for. After putting it back together, Carlos tells me he won't charge me for the wardrobe boxes they left at my house if I have them emptied when he comes to pick them up. Well guess what, I empty them, and I call them to pick them up and they said Carlos never told me that, but they wont charge me. But my trash company WM says the boxes are too big and wont pick them up, so now I have to pay to have them disposed. Worst moving company experience I have ever had. Beware if you use them. Avoid this moving company. They are unprofessional and dishonest. They arrive late, they don't know how to pack, they are inexperienced and their so called "customer care team" doesn't care at all. They are slow to respond, make promises they don't keep, refuse to escalate customer problems to managers and refuse to let the customer speak to the owner. Avoid this moving company. We've moved many times. We have never had an experience like this. Avoid this moving company. If you use them, you will regret it.

These guys were amazing. Talk about a stress free move. There were 4 guys loading and the two who unloaded (Michael K and James) were prompt and courteous. They worked really hard to get the job perfectly done. I'm so impressed and appreciative of this crew! Highly recommended!

Movers: Great service and attitude from Carlos, Christian L, and Maekare (Coco)! They worked great together and were very accommodating to the time constraints we had and adjusted the work to meet our needs! They made it look easy by working smarter, not harder! Great people and we were happy to tip them for their hard work. Business: The repeated emails and txt's leading up to the move date became annoying after a while. I get the upselling approach but it was too much.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My husband and I just bought our home, we hire the falcon Company to move stuff in. The guys we got seemed really nice, one guy in particular had on gloves. They must have been dirty gloves because he kept touching the walls and streaking dirt all over our white walls. We've tried to contact the owner to let him know what happened and he has yet to return our call. Now we have to have pay a painter to fix what happened. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Falcon moving moved me yesterday with awesome care. Carlos. Justin. Damajae. Worked great together as a team and were friendly and highly efficient. Definitely would recommend falcon again
