Good pricing but occasionally damages your clothing. The manager Rafael is aware of the recurring situation, says "it happens" in an aggressive tone and has not returned calls or offer any remediation.

I have generally always really liked this location. I don’t need dry cleaning much, but I always go to the Saint Charles CD location. Recently, my husband noticed that there was permanent marker used on the inside of his dress shirt when it was cleaned in August after a wedding. The markings included my former last name, which is what the account is under, and the last four digits of my phone number. When I asked the manager when I brought it in after a wedding in September, he was rather aggressive in insisting they would never do something like that, really before I could even get a full sentence out of my mouth. Certainly if I frequented other dry cleaners, I could understand, but I don’t (And certainly not within the span of one month for the same shirt ). So while my cleaning was done well, I’m really very turned off by the manager’s aggressive response and I’m not sure if I will be back. What happens if they damage another article of clothing in the future?

They were quick and responsive. Plus the hours help a lot. My wife and I were in a rush preparing for a week long vacation and coming back directly to a wedding. Having the dry cleaning be of no concern was great

They do a great job for everyday clothes, basic dress clothes, shirts, pants and sun dresses. Two things though, 1. Don’t send evening gown type stuff. They washed it vs dry cleaning it and ruined my dress. 2. I wish they could get more people for checking out as the lines the last couple of times have been horrendously long. I waited probably 15 min to pick up a couple things. Otherwise, I love their prices and they’re great.
I wrote the first review quite a while back so I will add to that review. They did mess up and they gave someone else some of my clothes and when I got home and I had put the clothes into my luggage and I got on a cruise that’s when I realized that I was missing items. I can deal with the fact that people make mistakes, but that was a huge one as I was missing clothing for my cruise and I could not replace it on a Cruise. Also, I thought that they would just give me my money back for the order of clothing that I had dry cleaned, and they were only willing to give me a credit for one item which I thought was Not cool

Clothes get cleaned and pressed quickly! I’ve been taking my business attire here for over a year and I’ve never had an issue. The employees are personable and quick to help. I get reminders when my clothes are ready for pick-up. Solid experience!
