Went in to the Chase Bank to change my pin on my debit card. Found the clerk at counter to be incompetent. After finally getting it changed I went to ATM in front lobby. Found my card didn't work. Back inside again went to same clerk. She said that ATM doesn't work. You think you would simply put a note on it saying broken. No the clerk simply stood there with a dumbfounded look

So this is a zero star award. The expenses get tallied in a way that profit the bank. I was just charged a late fee for an item naught 7 days before other current charges

Their overdraft fees are criminal.They move higher priced items to the bottom of postings so that more pending items get charged overdrafts.

Bank manager came out and informed me I need to leave the parking lot due to liability issues. No one is allowed to wait in the parking lot before the bank opens. They open the lobby at 8:30, I was there at 8:15. He was nice about it but geez. I am seriously thinking of going to a smaller bank where they might actually know me.

Had to pay $80 in service fees because they made a mistake in switching my savings account. Been a customer there for 12 years....looking for another bank.

Five Star service!! This is my usual Chase branch for the last four years. Service has always been good. My most recent situation was handled by Vincent. He went above and beyond to take care of me. Thankyou, Vincent :)

Worst customer service at this location. They don't care about the customer-not willing to do anything to help out the customer. They also don't deal cash without claiming it is laundered. Even if it's from their own ATM. They do manage to make you feel like a criminal with your own money. Will not return to this location because of employees who don't care about customers.
