SCAM. A new African immigrant is a "private banker", without ANY education in finances - "local" training, and he doesn't know he has to prove he took money 100k not just walk away. Hostile"busy" Julia walks into a parking lot at 1100- "busy doing own business" in a well-paid time. You pay for their luxury offices and coffee drinking - they do not know what the options they have and spitting in your face 11 cents 4x year wint 1/4 mln savings - SCAM. They can keep your money for 2 days not investing giving preference to "clients" - who are you? HOstile and unprofessional. Time to close the branch.

Tbh I love this bank a lot it the first bank we're I go and get no hassle I js to easy to use and there customer service is really good

Go in for help only to be given a phone number to call. That phone number was a NIGHTMARE. horrible automation.

I have six figures in accounts at chase. A checked of mine was altered and I called customer service. This is the firs time in 20 years that this has happened. Chase refunded the monies but told me if this happens again then I am responsible even though it was obvious the date and signature were written over. I have transferred all funds to another bank and will never use Chase again!

Terrible first time customer experience.Today (10/20/23) I called in advance to ask questions about opening a new business bank account at Chase.After listening to many prompts from a phone machine, it instructed me to visit the website.I stayed on the line and eventually the phone rang again, but nobody answered and I heard a message saying that everybody was busy and I should try to call back later and then it hung up on me.After this, I decided to call BMO Harris in South Elgin, and they answered the phone on the second ring. They answered my questions and I am driving over there today to open a new business account.I would never recommend Chase Bank to anyone.

This Chase branch was the first bank that I visited in USA. And specialist Justus helped me with everything!! He is patient, intelligent and knows his job! Highly recommended!!

Deposited a check from my insurance for roof replacement. Chase bank said it would be cleared the next day. 3 days later, the check cleared. The next day, chase decided it would be a great idea to remove the hole check from my account, and not give me any notices. After 1.5 hours on the phone and a visit in the store, I am told they can't fix the problem until I get the certified copy of the check, Wich was fedexed, and I will receive in 2-5 business days. Once it is received, I can then start the deposit process again......I am pretty sure that it is company policy to notify the customer when removing over $11,000 from your account.

Do not get a good vibe from this branch. At first I thought it was just me but, on several occasions I feel like they do not give a friendly interaction like I see they do with other customers. Are very quick to just give me a card to call the main number when I have a basic question such as how does the ACH service work. With all the folks sitting in the cubes you would think they know the basic stuff. Also, today there was one teller whom decided to have a conversation knowing I was waiting to make a deposit. Think I will just go to another branch like Streamwood whom could answer my ACH question and folks are much nicer. Out of 10 I would give these clowns -10. Also, if I could I would not even give 1 star rating. Had to so I could post this review.

Went in to open account for my child today. Justus was amazing, he explained everything to us then he giuded us step by step to get everything done. Outstanding customer service skills. Thank you Justus!

Was in for a wire transfer. Teller toldMe to have a seat and someone will be with me momentarily. Sat for about 35 minutes while the employees walked around drinking coffee and socializing. They kept looking my way and would not come over to tell me how much longer the wait would be. Highly unprofessional branch. Will not return.

Had basic inquiries about the new service charge of 12.00 per month added to my account and any not to rich customers, and they sent me to a person in India and when I did not get the answer I wanted asked to talk to another person in yes India. I have been with Chase Bank since the merger of Bank One about 20 years, and couldn't believe they could not work with me directly. Is this where people put trust into a long and successful Bank not one that now is actually goes out of there way to rob you of your money. Trained people are needed here.

This branch represnts Chase well. No coherency, no communication throughout departments, and employees covering their own responsibilities under the guise of being "helpful." My business account needed serious attention and after many phone calls, I was told BY A BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGER "Why would I have anything to do with your business checking account?" Beyond frustrating. I look forward to speaking with the branch manager.

The woman with short hair who helped me was very unprofessional. I had brought in a large amount to exchange for 100s. Afterwards, she just put the 100s on the counter and just left. It was a large amount of money and she didn’t count them in front of me. Usually the workers would count them and show me the amount it even put it through a counter. I tried to count the bills on the side but she kept giving me looks. The Elgin and south Elgin locations have no problem but this place needs worker improvement.
