We were greeted right when we walked in and were politely guided to where we needed to be for opening a new account. We had Vincent Demarco set up a new checking account for me and he was professional, personable, and very efficient. I highly recommend this location and its staff.

Horrendous customer service inside. Based off this most recent experience, my family and I will be closing ALL our accounts with chase and finding a new bank to do our business. Absolutely disgusted.

I was at the bank around 4:30 making a deposit and I had to make a couple of important calls while in the parking lot. Around 5:10 A guy/employee in an orange wrangler asked me to leave the parking lot. Even though he asked me politely it just didn't sit well with me. I have been banking with chase since their acquisition of Washington Mutual and I have quite a decent amount of cash with them. Give me a break, dude...

I don’t like the way chase is not doing nothing for the double charge that is doing rn on ur banks account ??every time I go somewhere and y pay with chase I get to see that I get charge 2 times why I don’t know chase should do something about it

Went in to the Chase Bank to change my pin on my debit card. Found the clerk at counter to be incompetent. After finally getting it changed I went to ATM in front lobby. Found my card didn't work. Back inside again went to same clerk. She said that ATM doesn't work. You think you would simply put a note on it saying broken. No the clerk simply stood there with a dumbfounded look

So this is a zero star award. The expenses get tallied in a way that profit the bank. I was just charged a late fee for an item naught 7 days before other current charges
