How comfortable are you putting money into a bank where no one picks up the phone? A bizarre, thread-bare business model, cutting costs to the bone. I recommend this bank be audited.

I walked in(first customer of the day) and requested blank checks. One lady asked me, "Are you a customer" I was like excuse me, why would I walk in here if i wasn't a customer? She responded "Oh you'll be surprised." My experience was awful, didn't feel welcomed here.

I had an account with the bank for 15 years and one afternoon they called me to notify me that they had shut the account because of a wire from a cryptocurrency exchange. There was no notice in shutting the account, no time for conversation. I have been a law abiding citizens for 58 years and they treated me like I was some drug dealer. i am sure that you can find a better bank.
