As a provider, the support I have recieved from the staff physicians at doctors data has been like nothing I have ever experienced in conventional medicine. The quick access to support of clinical questions, their friendly nature, and the time they have spent with me discussing cases is just hands down the best out there! So knowledgeable and available. Highly recommend to any clinician out there to order tests and know you and your patients are fully supported when the results come back! 10 stars!

My experience with Doctor's Data support team was all I wanted it to be - and more. I have used this company's tests for years now and I needed deeper questions answered than I was finding. When Dr. Laura Neville, from Doctor's Data, took my call she was helpful, clear and insightful. I could only recommend this team. With today's complex medical issues companies like this stand out.

The staff at Doctor's Data are extraordinary. They go the extra mile to help you find the best testing for your practice and explain results for best treatment results. Additionally they provide NDs to review your saliva and urine testing and answer your questions. Our practice has enjoyed a relationship with this lab for over ten years and highly recommend their service.

Doctors Data labs have been extremely beneficial for my patients and they have noted great health improvements as a result. The staff at Doctors Data have all been very responsive, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They are always quick to respond and connect me with an on staff physician for lab consult. Each physician I have talked to has been very knowledgeable and helpful. I have no complaints nor have I had any patients who didn't enjoy their experience.

As a practitioner in the holistic health field I greatly appreciate the compact nature of the Doctors Data take-home hormone and neurotransmitter kits. They are easily explained to the clients/patients and include an informative pamphlet for further explanation if needed. The kit is not only user friendly but also uncomplicated to get to the lab since FedEx picks it up at their door. This ensures a timely delivery so all components remain viable. I receive the results without delay.In addition, the support from the on-staff doctors at Doctors Data is superb. If there is a question or a concern about the testing they are quickly available and happy to answer any questions that may arise. I appreciate having this tool available in my practice.And I must also mention the highly profitable conference that Doctors Data offers annually for continuing education. The speakers are varied in their backgrounds and the information shared is informative and valuable. Doctor's Data is a life saver!I wanted to add this positive review, as my experience with Doctor’s Data has been excellent. My doctor has ordered several tests from Doctor’s Data for me to perform. She let me know that this company does not sell directly to patients, only to licensed healthcare providers, so any questions I had regarding the collection protocols should go directly to her, my doctor, not to Doctor's Data. However, I had a quick question about the stool collection and my doc was not available, so I called Doctor’s Data for clarification. I found the customer service team helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer my question to my satisfaction. I do not understand the reviews claiming that these tests do not provide real scientific information, it feels like some fake reviews are happening out there. The Doctor’s Data testing my Naturopath has done with me has literally changed my life. My conventional doctor would never even think to consider things like my microbiome or how urinary hormone metabolites can affect my health. The imbalances that we discovered via Doctor’s Data testing gave us the information we needed to be able to choose treatments that were specific for me, for my individual imbalances. The excellent care my doctor provides me is informed by these tests. (She has told me that she doesn’t like to guess what I need, and these tests will provide her with that information). I give Doctor’s Data 5 stars.

I find their hormone specialist team ready to answer my questions and the results are released in a timely manner. I’ve always found them to be incredibly knowledgeable and evidence based. The saliva hormone tests and HUMAP are both high quality tests I use frequently! Thank you for your dependability!

These folks sell thru Amazon.. I ordered a heavy metal test, followed instructions very carefully and never heard a word from them.. (test was $140) after I spent about an hour on the phone with Amazon and Dr. Data they told me that they did not process the test due to a problem with sample size, but offered no refund or anything, and they never contacted me at all.. If I would've not of tracked them down, I would've never heard a word or received any correspondence of any kind. I would recommend never doing business with this company in any shape, form or fashion.
