Mike was extremely accommodating. I’m a bigger guy (60 w X 38 L, 4x shirt) and he made everything easy. His calm demanor and understanding of the shopping experience made it so that my anxiety of being a bigger guy was not seen or spiked. I left ordering nearly a full suit (minus shirt, tie, and pocket square.
Didn’t know until after the transaction was over that he is the store manager. His retail experience was what I hope all retail experiences strive for. DXL has earned a customer for the foreseeable future due to his service.

I can not say enough about my experience here!
Mike met me as I walked in, was super approachable and instantly made me feel welcome!
Super guy and very real.
I was amazed at the selection, colors and styles.
My nature is as a hunter and not a gatherer and I shop as fast as humanly possible.
Mike kept up, helped me in my choices and decision making and I left with a whole new wardrobe for far less that I had planned.
A great experience!
This is a Must experience destination for anyone fashion conscience!
A truly hidden gem!
