I made a reservation for an intermediate car from Dupage County Airport for a week at a quoted rate of $432.00. When I arrived Enterprise had left a Chevy Suburban instead. I called them to ask about this as the paperwork provided indicated the cost was $823.00. I was assured I would not be charged any more than the quoted price of $432.00. Unfortunately they did charge me over $823.00. I have called more than ten times to resolve this and have been assured they would correct this several times, at least at first. Later calls have resulted in a referral to other persons in the company with a promise they will call me within 3-4 days to resolve this , but they have not. I don't post reviews but they sent me an email asking me for one. I really don't know if this is situation is intentional, but it has been nine months now and it has still not been resolved. I won't use them again unless this is taken care of satisfactorily and I would not recommend them.

My car dealership arranged for a rental yesterday morning, when I arrived Tyler Joldersma greeted me by name (no doubt recognized the shuttle from the dealership). It was pretty apparent he is spread thin in these difficult times (covid, only person at that location) yet took care of me and others in a timely and friendly fashion. I am quite sure I would not have handled his situation as well as he has so kudos to that guy.If you arrange for a rental from this location in the coming months, be patient, its a tough gig in the car rental industry at the moment.

Very unfortunate experience. I'm a traveling nurse from Dallas Texas,. I'm here in Illinois on covid vaccination assignment, helping to fight this disease and risking it all without fear. I rented a vehicle from Enterprise for one month at approximately $770 . As my contract got extended for one more month I went back to extend my vehicle and to my biggest surprise Enterprise was going to give me at a rate of approximately $1200 for a month. I appealed to them that I'm a traveling nurse helping with the fight against covid 19. They refused to give me my same rate and blatantly refused any consideration whatsoever. Risking it all to help with this fight, the least Enterprise could do to encourage us healthcare workers is to be considerate.

We rent cars often and have tried many different rental agencies. This one definitely tops the list. Kurt and Tyler both excel in customer service and are eager to make sure their customers are satisfied.

I was super impressed with the St. Charles, IL Enterprise. I needed a car last minute due to mine having to go in the shop, they were able to accommodate with no problems. The car was almost brand new, I felt very safe driving it. The staff that I encountered was outstanding, exceptionally kind and polite, professional, and adhering to all covid 19 requirements. Overall, a most outstanding, easy, and stress free experience.

I had a car rental arranged there by the driver’s Insurance, who hit me. They arranged for an intermediate SUV/Car for usage. Enterprise did not have one available. I initially requested a larger SUV, but was told I would have to pay the difference. When they brought me the vehicle, I was told I lucked out, because this is all they had at the moment. I took that to mean, there would be no additional up charge. Moving forward to returning the vehicle. They charged me and additional $186 for the upgrade and told me to take it up with the insurance for a refund. Very frustrated with this place. Also, the car was filthy and there was a burning oil smell for the first several days of my rental. I tried to exchange at local Enterprise in Naperville, but they refused and were extremely rude. More on that later!

I have rented from this branch over a handful of times and the service is exceptional. They provide quality vehicles and make the car rental process quick and easy. John Bus is always friendly, accommodating, and provides the best customer service! This branch is the best!!

I received the vehicle that i requested so I was pretty excited about my trip. Once i arrived at home and started to get our things together to start the trip I had a good look at the interior of the vehicle and saw how dirty it was.There were several wrappers, pieces of gum, pencils, and a bottle of water. If the person who cleaned the car really did a good job, how do you miss a bottle of water. The cup holders had sticky substances on them. The center console also had a white film that was easily cleaned off. The back window was covered in a substance that I had to take a razor to get it off.Basically, I spent the first 1 1/2 hours of my vacation cleaning a vehicle that I spent over $900 renting. Not what I expected. No way I was putting my children in the back when I could see that it was not cleaned properly.I would not normally post this publicly, but this is the only review I received after I returned the vehicle.
