After reading reviews I was a bit skeptical of the service I would receive. I went to drop off a prepaid heavy package, and an employee opened the door for me. No complaints here.

I just had an awful experience at this location. The representative Cullen handled the matter with little care or empathy. He laughed and mocked me as walked out. Not only will I avoid this location I will avoid doing business with FedEx as much as possible. As a small business owner I understand there is processes in place but the way Cullen handled himself was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had in a long time.

Fedex stuck a label with my information on another individuals package and thought it was funny when I had to make a trip back to the store to pickup my actual package which also had my information on the label. Apparently it is a joke when they try to deliver the wrong packages to the wrong people

Ordered a double part contract of 4 pages 2 out of the 4 pages were right. They reprinted my prints 3 times and got them wrong I was back and forth 5 times. I felt like I deserved a refund my time, my Gas, there mistake but they said it was my fault for the way we sent the copies to them. Which is fair I get it. But you messed up them up and reprinted them 4 times. You would think after the first time they would ask they even wrote it down for me when I told them how. But apparently it was still my fault. They were rude. And said no refund

The older lady who works there when I went was aggressive for no reason. Not friendly whatsoever and she was the only worker there. I had never been inside a FedEx before so I went up to her and she grabbed the package and told me to do the self checkout. There might be a reason why people go up to a human being instead of a machine. So maybe don’t make them do self checkout.

The manager Judy, is so rude. Every interaction I've had with her has been nasty. If you are unable to be pleasant you really shouldn't be in a customer facing role, Judy.

I’ve never been before and needed to drop off a package. The young lady who helped me was awesome. She checked in my package and showed me how to use the kiosk to avoid the line. It sounds simple, but customer service is hard to find these days and it reminded of when people used to take pride in their work. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.

Employees here are great! I came in to print out prayer cards for my grandmother and a gentleman named Cullen took care of us and was beyond accommodating and took extra care to make sure our printing project was to the standard we wanted. A hard day was made easy because of Cullens assistance. We can’t thank you enough ♥️

They were great, I had an intentional duplicate print order and they called to confirm it wasn’t a mistake from my end, and they got it printed and ready for me sooner than advertised which got me out of a jam. Very grateful they were able to help me. This is my go to store for my prints (which I visit frequently).

Judy is the best! I had a last minute presentation to print that my local store could not do within my time frame and Judy went above and beyond to provide the best costumer service I've had in years. FedEx is lucky to have an employee like her. Thanks for saving me Judy!
